wow- that was incredibly strange. okay- so usually i take a really long time to get fulll and start overeating but this morning i had a sugar free red bull, a slimfast optima shake and tried to eat a banana but for some reason i because too full to finish it. it was so strange. i hope it keeps going though so i don't eat too much!

I am kinda upset today because we had a snow day well not really snow but we cancelled school because it is really cold here. ne ways and today i dont get to work out like i do everyday. but when i woke up i did some 6-second abs and i did a few more after breakfast. tomorrow i have indoor soccer so i hope i am okay? this is what i had so far, for breakfast i ate a light and fit yougart with a half of cup of kashi cereal(150 cal) then later i am probably going to have some grapes and for lunch i am planning on having a ham sandwich on light wheat bread, with a yougart, and an orange, and then later maybe having an apple or something, then dinner. and probably doing some more 6-second abs..is this okay?

What are some healthy cal-burning skin-firming exersizes? I need to look good in a bikini b4 summer. Everytime I lose weight, I just lose it from my hips! I'm not lying. Then my pants always fall down! Please give me tips on having a nice body!

i am 5'4 and weigh 190 lbs. I am an emotional over-eater and need help. Any suggestions? I have been successful at losing weight before, but last year i suffered from depression and was put on medicine that helped me gain weight. I went overboad with the food. I used to be active, but no longer am. I need help....please give specific suggestions. I am not looking for quick fixes, but any advice that anyone could offer would be great.

My plan in to give up meat for lent, and if i can handle it, then sweets too. I think i can. thats so silly though, why do i need to wait for a holiday to tell me stop eating something -- why cant i do it on my own. Oh well, i guess im just lucky there is such a holiday!

Is anybody here in WEIGHTWATCHERS? I'd like to join, but I'm not sure if you have to be a certain weight or if I have to attend meetings. I'd like to do this in secret, without my parents finding out. Does anyone have answers?

Hey.. today i had fat free hot choclate w/ fat free cool whip and ff cool whip mixed with ff yogurt and kashi cereal for breakfast ( 400 ) a pack of gum n a few candies (200).. and then when i got home a huge salad ff ranch adn ff cheese and croutons (200) and then a ff hot chocolate w/ cool whip ( 100) and then a bag of 94% ff popcorn with ff cheese on top of it (400).. but i had that at like 11 at nite.. but its still like 1300 cals and iw orked out is that okay?!! will i lose weight?

Hey guys I have a problem and I'm kind of scared to post it but I need some advice. WELL, it started last year when I weighed 140 and lost 20 lbs. Then at the begining of the school year I started to get an eating disorder. I dont know how or why but I will eat nothing and then eat a lot. No one knew about it because it doesent seem that bad. Untill today when my mom noticed 5 peices of pumpkin bread missing becuase I ate it. Then she was mad and asked why I eat a lot one day and like nothing the next....I was like, Oh crap I'm caught. I don't know what to do or to tell them if I have an eating disorder. Do I even have one? I would appreciate it if all of you could help me, and good luck with your weight loss.

below...that adds up to 50 grams of protein in my day! good right? so okay here's how it was.......breakfast-bowl of mini wheats, lunch-light yogurt, 100 cal pack, snack-banana, dinner-lean cuisine mac n cheese, green beans, dessert"-2 tbsps of peanut butter (to add protein) 1 reeses cup miniature. i ran 4 miles. did i do good or bad? i hate this cause i feel like i did soo bad. omg.
