I WAS WRITING A MESSAGE AGAIN BECAUSE I NEED SOME HELP. LIKE TWO WEEKS AGO I WROTE A MESSAGE BUT I DIDNT GET THAT MANY REPLIES. WELL I WEIGHT 210-214, AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANY HAD IDEAS ON HOW TO LOSS AROUND 50 POUNDS?OH, AND I AM5 FEET AND 6 IN. TALL.

Get some of your friends together, wheather they are overweight or not, and get some excersize tapes, and you can have like a lil excerisize night 1or2or3or howevr many dayz a week you want!

im sure u will get the same answers from everyone.. it takes time... go on a diet eat about 1200 cal or less and excerzise daily ... i went on a 1000 cal diet and did 400 crunches everynight plus my bball practice and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks
