Well i dont know if i did good today, but this is what i had so far, for B: i had a light and fit yougart with half cup of kashi cereal in it (150 cal), for lunch my grandpa took me to lunch and i had a chicken ceasar salad with grilled chicken, croutans, with italian dressing and a big role, then for dinner i had a ham sandwich on light wheat bread, a light and fit yougart, and an orange, then i am going to the hockey game with a friend and probably having hot choclate or something..i didnt get to work out today though but i have a soccer game tomorrow..is this okay!?

hey, i dono if i ate enough to keep my metabolism high or not! breakfast-nutrigrain bar (140), lunch-half of a turkey sandwich (140) apple (100), snack (100 cal pack) dinner-stouffers meatloaf/mashed potatoes (350). i also had like 100 cals in gum (i did have some sugar gum) i had a basketball game too! do you think i can have a little ice cream bar (180 cals?)

well i have been on my diet 3 weeks, and lost 10lbs! i now weight 87.5kg i did weight 90kg now i need to get to around 68kg and then i will weight 150lbs which is a healhy weight for someone of my height (5"7) the funny thing is that ive still be having choclate but in small amounts, this week i thought id do really bad neace i have deep fried mini fish and chips but i havent put on weight but next week i really am going to try because if i can basically lose around 3lbs per week, without hardly exercising only once then i am sure i can lose a lot more! everyone can reach their goal. I was upset earlier because this lad i know said that when i walk it sounded like an earth quake ! w/e becuae i no i may be 13st 6lbs but i am tall aswell so i carry it off kinda ok. lol

Hi everyone im 15 years old and i'm about 290 and I want to lose about 140lbs or more in a not to fast amount of time. I'm willing to do anything but diet pills and stuff. i'm 5'6 and I dont look my weight but I know its there. Everyone says im fine but I know i'm not. I really wanna lose weight and i am willing to start today, my problem is i had a sleepover and got lots of candy and its still in my house i also bought some yesterday when i went out of town. i dont want to wast this candy, I have no self control and i need some!!! also wats a good diet plan. ????? please help me!

i dont know what to do anymore, sometimes i feel like i am loseing weight and look better but other days i see myself as really fat... and i sometimes i feel like 1200 calories will slow my metabolism down and i wanna up it alittle but i am scared to, but today i ate like 1500 calories is that to much and i didnt get to exercise? and i have one more question u know how we are suppost to eat about like 6-11 servings of grains and breads or whatever well what types of foods are there? i know breads but what other things?

hey ive lost about 15 pounds and am getting strech marks... is there any way u can get rid of them cause i dont wanna have them when i go to flordia and am in my bikini cause it will look werid...so yeah if u know how to get rid of them thanks

i am SOOO happy i tryed out for the rugby team and i made it i am 190 and am 5 foot 9 inches and cant run but the coach is helping me sooooo much:):):):):):):) but i was wondering if anyone had any exersise plans to help get in shape for rugby :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) thanx alot

Hey Everyone! My day has been pretty good. But since there was some snow, our school dance was canceled. Oh well, Me and my friend went to see Fat Albert! It was funny and really good. And I've lost just about 8 pounds. Oh and what really pissed me off was that b4 we went back 2 school after winter break, I bought 3 or 4 new pairs of pants that fit me SO WELL. They were tight and fitting just like I like them. Well, 1 or 2 weeks later, they were pretty loose and now most of them dont fit because I lost weight!!! Well, the losing weight part isnt bad but all those clothes that barely fit me now pisses me off. I HAVE to wear a belt with every pair I have, except 4 one pair. Hi everybody!! I just wanted to say that I lost 3 more pounds. YIPPIE!!!In total so far, I lost 8lbs. I am so happy! To all you people... You can't give up!! It is so possible to lose the weight. I thought that I would never lose the weight. But, I did. I feel so good, even though it is only 8 lbs. I now weigh 207 from 215. Good luck to all of you!!!!!!

hay. im almos 14.. the 1st of febuary.. umm and i have stretch marks, and im not that skinny.. i have stretch marks on my legs arms and just recentally seen some on my stomch a lil below my bellybutton! i know i am overweight and i need to loose 25 lbs in like 3months! does any one know a way i can do that? i mean it gets me angry when people say ur not fat or whatever cuz i know i am..im 5`11 though..and i weigh about 200-215 idk? so i mean yea im HUGE! lol..and umm in 3 months is my graduation and banquet for 8th grade..and i want to feel good about my self for once.. well does any one have any suggestions about how to loose all that weight in 3months? or any at all? Hey, i weigh 140lbs and i want to lose 20lbs by march because i am going on holiday with my family. I want to be able to wear abikini without wearing shorts etc to cover up. What would you suggest to lose 20lbs in roughly 6 weeks?

I would really love to get to my goal weight by summmer. I am 5'6" and 146 pounds, my goal is 125 pounds. I want to wear a bikini for the first time, without shorts, and just feel good about my body! So i guess that means i would have to lose 21 pounds by the end of june, I can do it! Good luck everybody!
