hi my name is tammy sue im look like a beach whale i need help,i eat alot,i cant even eat in front of my friends and i always like get made fun of!!!aww its sad 4 me.....help me ne one please thanks a lot!!!!

first thing we need are your stats. How tall are you and how much do you weigh. Then you can go to the weight calculator on this website and see what a healthy weight rang is for you. Then you have your weight loss goal. Mine in 40 lb(ish). Then you need to make a plan. This plan need to include not only good eating but also exercise. Start small, if portion control is your problem, then eat lots, but make the "lots" healthy stuff, like veggies and fruits, and you will find yourself not eating so much! And cut out all soda, stick with water if you can stand it, but juice and milk are better then soda. Then for exercise, start small, cuz depending on how much you weight, doing too much could be dangerous. Start with walking, just walk everywhere!!! Its real easy, and even though it doesnt feel like much, its really good for you. And try not to eat after, say 7pm-- your metabolism slows down when you go to sleep, so late night calories stick with you. OH! and go swimming too! its really easy and it doesnt strain you at all since in water everything is, well, unstrained. And eat breakfast! Its basically like a little messenger that tells your metabolism to get started. Without breakfast your metabolism doesnt "run as fast" and you dont burn calories you could be burning!
