Hello! All I know is that I am 100% sick of these extra pounds I'm carying around with me. Right here, and right now, at this exact very moment I am vowing to myself that I WILL lose weight. My mom was looking through bathing suit catalogues and it made me think of how much I wouldn't look good in a bathing suit if I didn't lose some weight. So here I am, my long term goal is to lose 25 pounds. My short term is to lose 2 or 3 pounds this week. Does anyone know any strageties to motivate myself? I know how to eat healthy and everything, but does anyone know a way to work the mind? You know, like hanging up pictures of models in bathing suits on the refrigorator or stuff like that? Thanks! hey, i didnt eat well today prolly 1500 calories instead of my 1000 well i did 600 crunches and had a 4 volleyball games so yea...we got a new scale and it weigs me 4 pounds more so im going by that

How does this sound for tomorrow? for B: i am having apple cinnimon oatmean (130 cal) for S: grapes for Lunch i am having a roast beef sandwich (2 pieces of light wheat bread and one piece of roast beef), a light and fit yougart(90 cal), and about 10 baby fresh carrots, then after school i am working out for about 30 minutes. Then probably having an orange when i get home and for dinner i think i am having homemade chicken noodle soup again with toast and later maybe having an apple or something...does this sound okay?

Hey people. I am working out again and i feel good. The thing is i can't help my diet. I need help in that part. I hate eating so many fatty things. And also i always feel like i am fat unless i am hungry. Even when i am just fine (not hungy but not full) i feel like i am huge. I am not really that big but i would like to lose 10 pounds (at least) and get more muscle. And working out part is good but can you please give me tips on diet? Craving are the biggest problem.

Hi everybody! I am doing great on my diet. I lost 8lbs so far. Only about 50lbs more.lol I know I can do it. I feel like i ate so much. I don't wanna gain all of that weight back b/c i am doing so well so far. Good luck to all!! ~jenna~

Hay I am 5ft 8 inches and 160 lbs and I wonder what weight should I shot for. Since I don't want to be this ultra skinny twig I just want a normal wieght. I have come a long way in wieght lose since I was 180 lbs in the 7th and 8 th grade and I lost 50lbs by my middle school graduation. However, in high school there was a lot of cheap good food and I bought it and it caused a major wieght gain. So i appreciate the help

i did really well this week and lost 2 lbs but ive been a pig 2nite and probably put it all back on again! i cant stop binging and its getting to me! any suggestions?

had Basketball yesterday,for 3 hours,and it was great!we were mainly doin fitness tests,u kno like da beep test,t test,jumpin test(to see how high up you can jump)ect.But now iv got muscle ache everywhere.does any one kno waht can help muscle ache cos it hurts like hell!!!!!oh and iv put on weight.i now its real bad! im like 150 pounds now(used to be 145),but the thing is i look way slimmer than i did before.So does that mean that the weight i put on was like muscle and is that real bad.Please help!Totally appreci8 it AMAL
