hey i just got done doing 800 crunches, and i had basketball practice.. im going to a party tomorrow night so ill prolly eat something not heathyl... but im gonna try not too i also have volleyball and basketball practice tomorrow... and am prolly gonna do around 400 crunches tomorrow night instead of 800... does it really make ur stomach look biger cause people are telling me that and i dont know if i should stop doing them and do something else.

so wait if there are 1300 calories in a pound then how will u every lose weight if u already only leat like 100 a day?

Hi! Second day! I think I did okay. And I ate a better lunch. For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, for lunch I had a salad and water, and for supper I had roast beef with green beans and mashed potatoes (what my mom made) . I just drank a mug of hot tea, and I plan to do a little exercizing before I go to bed. How did I do?

well i am off for this week of school because of regents week, and i wont be able to work out in the gym after school, so i really need to work out at home, does anyone know any cardiovascular stuff i can do, but i dont have a tred mill or ne thing?? because i do some thigh stuff, and ab stuff so i just need cardio...please respond if u know ne!

hey youguys are really helpful!! well im so mad cause i did kinda bad! well..for breakfast i had cheerios (170 cals) then when i got to school, they were sellng these REALLY good freshly baked big cookies, and i bought one, but i only had half! for lunch i had a nutrigrain bar and applesause (200) then for a snack i had a piece of turkey (30) well anyways, i ran 3 and a half miles, but do you think it was REALLY that bad to have the cookie?

Hey guys! yay i'm happy. It's raining here and so I couldn't go running, and my dad wouldn't take me to the gym, so I just decided I wasn't gonna get exercise today. But then I just went and played Dance Dance Revolution (my brother has it) and I did the workout mode and I burned 400 calories!!! And it was actually fun, unlike running on the elliptical. for all of you out there who love to dance, I TOTALLY recommend DDR!! You can dance to your heart's content and burn major calories if you do the normal level (not the beginners or workout level)

sorry, im a little hyper. anyway, i just cant seem to stick to my diet. Ill keep trying cuz i wont get there unless I try. OMG I told like, 3 ppl that my friend likes this guy and they told him! (shes not really my friend but she dont know it yet) It Was Funny. I know Im mean but she steals, LIES, and, I just dont like her. Anyway, I didnt do too good AGAIN today but Im gonna dance like I always do. That should help some. Oh yea, if anyone needs any advice, Im really good at giving it so just ask me!

today i did really good!! i had cheer and dance practice for 3 hours so i didnt work out after that...for breakfast i had a cup of decaf coffee with fake sugar lol and cream (70 cals) and a granola bar thing (200 cals) for lunch i had a coffee but it wasnt tha healthy kind...(200 cals) and i had lots of waterrrrr....im proud of myself for today :)

Oh yea sry I forgot.....Cristina about those green tea pills...I use these cheap mega green tea pills, they're like $4 a box and its like for 14 days. I think they work I mean maybe its just me but it gets all ur water weight off and gives me extra energy which boosts my metabolism but idk again maybe its just me but u still have to watch what u eat and blah blah but thats what I use so yea there ya go! LoL! *muahz*

Ok, i am going on Spring Break at the end of march and i really want to lose 10 pounds. Right now i am exercicing for 1 1/2 hours 6 times a week. thats great from my point of veiw but i kinda got this eating problem!! i never want to stop. not literally, but im on the Special K diet and i never stop snacking!!! Does anyone got some tips or pointers that i can use or/and exercise tips.. Thanks sweeties!!!

Hey again all! Whats goin on with u guys? Not too much here just chillin just got home. I'm a wrestling manager for my highschool (so if theres any wrestlers out there I luv ya already!) and the coach asked me to go help with a middle school meet today so I did that. It was so much fun! This lil 7th grader who idk thought he was a pimp or sumthin saw me talking on my cell phone and he comes ova and goes could i have that numba so i could give ya a holla. I like fell ova laughing it was so cute tho! LoL newayz um today lets see when I weghed in this morning i lost 2 lbs so I'm down to 171. Not bad...LoL! Um today for breakfast I had yougurt, then lunch I split sum popcorn chicken with a friend and resses pieces :/ I'm bad I know but they R SOOO GOOD! hehe then for dinner I had easy mac and sum ritz bitz.
