Ok, i am going on Spring Break at the end of march and i really want to lose 10 pounds. Right now i am exercicing for 1 1/2 hours 6 times a week. thats great from my point of veiw but i kinda got this eating problem!! i never want to stop. not literally, but im on the Special K diet and i never stop snacking!!! Does anyone got some tips or pointers that i can use or/and exercise tips.. Thanks sweeties!!!

10 pounds is so easy to lose. For me anyway. I lost it in about a week or two by barely dieting (not barely eating) and dancing even though I do it for fun and Im not on a dance team
