im gonna stick to a diet the nxt couple of weeeks. cos im goin shopping in around 18 days and i want to get into the nxt size down which fit but i wldnt be seen out in cos thre waaay to tight. and if i do fit into them then finding clothes will b easier cos il be in like normal sizes. anyways il let u no if i do it.

hi i really want to lose another 10 lbs before my vacation on march 7-12 to cancun with my boyrfriend!! i excersize about 4 times / week for an hour ( 30-40 min cardio, about 15-20 weights) and i eat low fat adn healthy foods -1200 calories worth- per day. I dont kknow what else to do!! I had a super bad weekend, like i gained 3 lbs i know it's water weight part of it, but honestly i feel like i've just been super fat lately , like my pants dont' fit as well, but i really amm not eating much different!! please help waht else can i do to lose 10 lbs in that short of time!?

KRISITI, i read and saw you lost 20 lbs in 1 month what are your stats? i'd love to lose 15 i dont have a ton to lose but im wondering if my last 15 will be as hard and how hard was it for you to lose?

Good news all. I am down 3 lbs for the week. I stoped buying junk food like cookies and chips and I lost some wieght and I saved a few dollars too. I am 5ft 8 inches and I am 158 lbs. This is down from my high of 180lbs. What wieght do you guys think I should shot for? Since I don't know when I should stop trying to lose wieght.

well i have lost about 10-15 lbs over the time i have started, and i mean my pants are big and stuff but to me i cant notice any difference ecspecially in my stomach area and thighs..it makes me so discouraged and mad....urgh

Man today was going so great but then after my lunch i just starting eating bad foods, i had a bite of my moms apple thing its like a pie and then like 7 peach rings. urgh but i do have soccer tonight..do u think i will be fine, but when i get home i am having dinner also.

ok rite now im like 230lbs, and i want 2 get down to 180ish wat do i do? rite now i usually eat McDonalds on day way 2 skool, and sometimes 4 lunch, and theres a KFC accross from ma skool so i eat a snack (usaully da popcorn chicken) between class if im hungry, and i may grab another McDonalds double meal 4 dinner.later i may have ice cream or chips, and soda those are basically my eating habits, and as 4 sports i dont really play dem. i really want 2 loose weight any ideas?

hey you guys, i am 5.2' and i weigh almost 180 lbs! my prom is on april 23. i would like to lose as much weight as possible by then. i am starting to do crunches, i eat pretty healthy most of the time and i walk my dog (and my sister's dog too) for 20 minits every day but i need some more tips. i have a really big belly (some ppl have thought im prego) and big thighs. any help would be greatly appreciated!

hey guys! i just got done working out and feel great. I did it for about an hour and a half..like treadmill, abs, this other machine that we have and some pilates things. I also ever had a basketball game so im even more proud of myself for exercising more! today i didnt eat very well because i was at my brothers wrestling meet all day after my basketball game, from like 11 am-5pm. For breakfast i had a bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal with fat free skim milk. then i just had a granola bar, a little chocolate thing and a gatorade. Then about 5 i went to Subway and had a 6inch turkey and ham sandwich..with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know..bad). It was soo good!!!!! i was doing pretty good..but then i got home and pigged! i had some cookies..a few fruit snacks and a diet coke. o well..tomorrow ill start a new day and not pig out!! im 5'9..225lbs..15 years old. thanks for listening! bye

i have a question, when you reach your goal weight and dont really wanna lose weight any more but u dont want to gain any..how do u do that? do u eat the same or add more? i mean i havnt reached where i wanna be yet, but i was just curious

Hey sorry I havent been here in a while and there were what, like 2 ppl that asked me 4 advice? sorry I didnt reply. I left and didnt come back 4 a while. Ok so if anyone needs any advice about ANYTHING, just ask me and Ill do my best to help. Oh yeah, and Im still working on getting used to my diet. I went on a diet a couple months ago and lost 10 pounds but I slowly came off it without noticing it. BIG MISTAKE. I should have stuck to it and now Im trying 2 get back on it.
