hey, well im off to start the day, feeling better and am gonna start eating morehows the day soundb-cerel milk-160lunch jello and 100 cal pack-110 cause i dont wanna overdo it if im still sick and a propel 20didnner, dont know what yep but i want something yummy tonight...hmm somthing to think aboout to do

well lately i havnt been eating 1200 calories because i am scared i am going to eat to much but today i finally reliezed that iam not eating enough because i am really light headed, so i am going to make sure i eat about 1300 calories a day but i need to up my Breakfast and lunch, but dont know how or waht to eat, ne suggestions? and is it okay for me to eat Fat Free icecream tonight after dinner so i can make sure i am eating about 1200 cal. This is what i had today, B: a bananna on 2 pieces of light wheat toast (70 cal), lunch a small salad, 1/2 piece of ham, sugar free jello, a special K bar (90) and an apple, then i got home and had a 90 cal yougart with 1/2 cup or kashi cearal (60) and then for dinner i am having boneless pork chops, a bake potato with butter, and i think green beans, is that enough or is it okay to have some icecream?! please respond before i eat dinner lol, oh and i ran a mile today and wokred on abs legs and arms.

Hola ya'll. You know those day's where u just feel so gross. yea well today was definetly one of those days for me but i just did a double leg and ab workout so i feel ALOT better. ASHLEY! 15~Omgosh thats awesome what part of NE are u from? I live in council bluffs, IA which is right on the state line so yea. If ya eva wanna talk bout wrestling or nething hit me up on here k? *muahz*But yea for everyone else I got a wrestling dual tomorrow and its away so I'll prob be home a lil late so until then BE SMART everyone! *muahz*

i am so angry i could dry. i really tried this week and what do i get out of it? 3 fing pounds heavier! and i know it's not muscle because my body fat% is the same!!!then again that means it's not fat but it's still frustrating even if it's water weight...

Is it healthy to have 1 fatty food a day? Like today and yesterday I had some sour patch kids and no other junk food. Or should I elminate all fatty food?

Hey guys it is realy hard on me when my family is not on a diet but i am. We have this realy good looking cherry pie in our kitchen and i want to eat it. I am sooo tempted to eat it too. I almost gave in a min ago and ate a pice put i didnt. I have lemited myself to eating one pice of chocolate a day. they are small pices too. But that will tie me over till the end of the day. i need help realy bad i have started to log what i eat every day. and i am writing down how long i exersice and what i do.

how did I do, I ate part of my 2 pieces of toast for breakfast and a sip of orange juice, lunch=an apple and a few baby carrots then I had a coffee with creamer and for dinner clam chowder and milk. I also exercised for an hour

I think I did alright today. Breakfast A low fat kellog pop tart and a glass of milk. Lunch a tysons spicy chicken sandwhich and like 5 french frys, because they didnt have any salad sitting out. Dinner I had a small bowl of spagetti (with the ground turkey and tomatos and stuff) with water. And I just snacked on another pop tart and after this im going to have an apple. No exercise today Im overloaded with homework. How did i do?

I know you're supposed to eat 1200 calories a day, but is it ok if only 250-300 of that come from breakfast? Because I've found it hard to eat too much in the morning, it makes me sick. I know breakfast is the most important meal, but I just don't want to go to school feeling like I'm about to puke. *Ray*Ray*

im sad !! i was 147 and now im back to 150 and i satrted at 154 i ate 700 cals. today and i walked around all day and went to dance for 2 hours so i burned some of those calories but i gotta get going cuz its already february but how do i do it! ugghhh its really hard

k i have a quesiton , imm on a diet but my parents can't know, otherwise they'll be scared that i have a problem cuz my sister did! anyway, so whenever they go grocery shopping i like totally pig out because everything looks so dang good!!! so i eat lots and large quantities of everything , because otherwise my dad eats like everything so fast i swear hes fat!! UGH. I do fine when we have no groceries but how do i control myself?! i want some of it too not have my dad eat it all!!

Hey i know still weigh 165 i was just wondering how much weight do u think someone that weighs 165 can loss in 1 hour on a tredmill? thanx! (if anyone has any diet or exersize ideas i would love to hear them because i need them) lol

Is this okay for cardio, i ran 1 mile in about 7 minutes and then walked about .10 and then ran 1/2 mile, and then i got off and worked on legs and arms a little and then i ran another mile for about 8 minutes..and it is wierd like i weight myself today and i lost like 20 lbs so far but my body to me looks fatter, ecspecially in my stomach area. i have 6 second abs but i dont think it is working, my stomach looks really gross..ne suggestions?

Heyy yallwell i ate alot 2day @ school i ate shrimp poppers which are friend and realleeeee bad for u so nvr eat school lunches that have so much fat and it u have to gety a salad there better 4 i had that and a bowl of ceral and i feel sick but thats like 500 cals right there but anyway yall i seriouly need help plzz im me @ ImQuEeNkElLy147 thanks yall i SERIOUSLY NEED HELP
