man i need help...im really overweight..im 16 n im 5'3 1/2 n i weigh like 160lbs... i NEEd TO LOSe weight...n to top it i got stretch marks..n its REALLY UGLY!! is there any way to get rid of them..because they're so UGLY! i can't wear anything without worrying about them showing... HELP ME..n i need to lose weight..LIKE ALOT! wat can i do..pleaase HELP!

GAH I THINK I DID KINDA BAD, BUT I DONO, NOT TOO BAD IGUESS, BUT NOT THE BEST. OKAY BREAKFAST-LOW FAT RAISEN CEREAL, LUNCH-HALF A PACK OF PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS AND A BANANA (NOT VERY BIG KNOW) SNACK-APPLE SAUCE. THEN I DID BAD FOR DINNER, I WENT OUT AND I HAD A HAM SANDWICH (ON BUNS) WITH CHEESE AND THEN A HUGE LOADED BAKED POTATO. I FIGURE I HAD LIKE 1800 CALS, WHICH ISNT GOOD. I RAN 4 MILES THOUGH, AND I DID 400 CRUNCHES. DID I DO OKAY??

well today it feels like i ate so much but it was kinda all healthy foods but i am not sure, can ne one tell me, i know i ask this all the time but i am desperate on knowing sorry if i annoy people, ne ways for B: I had oatmeal (160 cal) for lunch i had 1 piece of cooked ham lunch meat on 2 pieces of light wheat ham (70), alot of strawberries, an apple, and a 90 cal yogart, then ran a mile on low speed and walked a half of mile and did some ab and arm things not alot though, and got home and had like 6 huge strawberries again, for dinner i am not sure what i am having, eaither a porkchop with cottage cheese, fried fish which i know is bad for u thats why i dont want it and cottage cheese, or a sandwich with fruit..so how did i do?

i weigh 214 pounds but people tell me i look like i way 165 pounds but i wish that i looked 214 pounds so i wouldnt make a an illusion in my head that i was thinner then i actually am. i am a size13/14 i wanna be a size 5/6 is that possible i am 5'7''. does anyone have any ideas.

hi my name is mallory im 200 pounds i just tried on my semi dress and i saw this extra bulge in my stomach (the dress hides a lot but not that) my semi dance is next week does anyone have any tips to get rid of that extra bulge?

hey, im 5'9" and 170ish(its been going up and down lately) i started at around 200 pds last summer and at one point around christmas(2004) i got to 160 but i cant seem to get any lower anybody have any motivation tips? i really appreciate all u guys -good luck~tinaxoxo

ok, this is something that has been bothering me--- once i get down to my goal weight, will i be able to fit into a size 6? right now i float between 14 and 10. Im pretty tall, 5'9" and i dont have that flimsy little figure like a model.. obviously, cuz im overweight. BUT how do i tell? hmm.. im being vague. What is mean is--is there a way to tell if you are big boned? Like, really big ppl have wittled down to size 1-- while others are just "big boned" and wont get there. Am i making any sense? Hey guys i am eating a homemade burger right now with no bun or fixins just cheese and meet then im also eating sun chips not many but i am eating some. I am also drinkin tea and not cola like my family. I dont know what to do i havent exercied in 3 days should i exercise for 2 hours tonight to make up for the loss???

ok there is a diet called the St.Michaels diet. You do it for 3 days and loose 10 lbs, but its nothing with medical stuff! its normal food like hot dogs (i get to eat 2 hotdogs today for the diet!)and i know this diet works because my mom has done it and she lost anywhere from 8-11 lbs everytime she does it! so far im on my second day today and i already lost 4.5 lbs!! it works on chemical breakdown so its not dangerous either.i mean of course its not dangerous a hospital called St.Michaels in toronto canada mad it.my last day is friday for this so i cant wait to see that!, if u want to know about this diet just reply to me!

Hey again everyone! I kinda feel a lil better now I've got my mind off the whole cooper thing at least for now. I feel so proud of myself tho I was all like depressed or w/e but during lunch i actually turned down chocolate but omg it was so hard um lets see so far today I had yogurt for breakfast (100) and ritz bitz (220) but yea now i'm sitting at practice and I'm bored but lets see I know I'll be able to get on tonight cuz the parentals have o go to some meeting. I have no idea. But yea my mom is making me like my favortie thing of all time tonight! It's called tater tot casseroll its like cheese and green beans and hamburger and tator tots it sounds so gross but omg it is so good so yea i'm basically eating like the whole thing and I don't care! i know its not soo healthy, but as long asi'm getting the require amount from the food groups daily, is it okay if i'm eatting the same things? for some reason it makes me feel like my weight will go up if i eat different foods.. its silly i know. otherwise the opposite, if i eat the same thing will it make me gain? 1200 cals per day and like 10 -15 g of fat
