Ok, so i need some ideas, starting next Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) I wont be eating meat till Easter-- you know, for Lent. Anyway, I think it is a great thing to take advantage of for weight loss, since whenever i eat "normally" not heathly, but not unhealthy, i dont gain or lose weight, SO, if i loose weight during Lent, it wont come back all the way. Anyhow, my question is, what can I eat during Lent to get the proper amount of protein. cuz i know one of the problems with being a vegitarian is that you can get really weak from lack of protein. So what has protein in it!! thanks!

its so weird, I just came back from a long weekend with my extended family. when im around them i have no urge to eat, I barely even look in a mirror because i am just so happy there. But the second i come home i get the urge to eat again and again and again, and i become self-conscious again... what should i do?

well i am back to school and back to trying to eat healthier and exercise every day but sundays. ne ways for B: I hade oatmeal (130) and some grapes, for Lunch i had a small salad with a half a piece of ham, fat free ranch, sugar free jello, a fruit cup (50) and a large apple, then after school i am exercising in the weight room, then going home maybe eating a special K bar or yougart, then i am having dinner (not sure yet)...does this sound ok

Hey guys, llast night i was talking to my best friend, who helps me alot with talking about my weight and stuf, but i always feel like she's pressuring me to eat....But anywho thats not it! Lol...ANd we came up with a goal for me...I'd like to get into the 170's (im 183 now), by my party which is on Feb. 12...and its Jan. 31 today...Do you think its possible to loose 4 pounds in 12 days following my daily routines, which are:
B: Cereal with Soymilk and fruit.
L: Tofu and jiuce
D: Salad, and a really healthy stirfry...
Somtimes i'll have a sncakc inbetween Breakfast and Lunch, which is somthing like wheat thins, or goldfish, or cheese and crackers, or fruit....somthing like that!
I drink 8 glasses of water everyday, and for exercise i do 20-40 minutes of kickboxing, 5-10 minutes of kickboxing, 15 regular pushups, and 15 tricep pushups, everyday. Is that good enough to loose atleast 4 pounds in 12 days?? Let me know please!!

Heylo all! wOwZa! Sry its been awhile I know u all r just dying to know whats goin on in my life! LoL! j/k! Gosh this weekend I totally pigged out cuz i was at a wrestling tournament all day saturday and if u don't know wrestlers they have to cut weight all the time so right after weigh ins u will never find them not eating sumthin and of course if a hot varsity wrestler offers u food u better take it! Lol...so yea it was a blast. But then i had a friend stay ova friday night and saturday night so it was pizza and burger king and then pizza again for breakfast u know how that goes.....Hehe! But i weighed in this morning and I stayed constant which is awesome I'm still 171. I'm eating better today. This morning I had a slim-fast(190) then for lunch I had ritz bitz(220) and gatorade(125) and I'm sitting here at practice now and I'm cravin a salad so bad so I'll prob have that for dinner.... yesterday i woke up and had 2 lean pockets and dorritos....then later i had to low fat yogurts....then for dinner i had 1 serving of meatloaf and some corn...i ran for 20 minutes at 6 mph and did 2 miles....and i did a few crunches...how did i do?? oh i had a power bar too

oops one more thing sorry k normally for breakfast as part of my 1200 calorie diet i eat a fat free yogurt with kashi cereal and fat free cool whip mixed together with fat free hot chocolate ( 400 cal breakfast) but we got these skinny cow ice creams and they have calcium they're sooo good but if i dont have one for breakfast i wont be able to fit it into my plan really is it okay if i sub in one of those for the yogurt for awhile?! they're awesome!

man you guys arent really much help. i posted on the 29th, and i didnt get much help, just some "oh wow, you are fat" kinda crap. im serious about losing weight and really need some help. my email is yellowduckies43@yahoo.com. i am 5.2' and i weigh 175 (about). prom is in 2 months and i really want to at least look decent in a dress. i also have hypothyroidism. ugh, i'm 5'3 and 137 lbs..i do taekwondo 3 times a week, i horseback ride once a week, and usually every night i lift weights..and im still a size 28 inches..and my weight always fluctuates..i dont care much about my weight becuase i want muslces, but i dotn wanna look fat. I have fat everywhere! what should i do?

my doctor made a deal with me. he told me to come into his office once a week. and he'll weigh me. all i have to lose is 1 pound a week for 1 year.but i think that it would be intresting.
