Hey guys it is realy hard on me when my family is not on a diet but i am. We have this realy good looking cherry pie in our kitchen and i want to eat it. I am sooo tempted to eat it too. I almost gave in a min ago and ate a pice put i didnt. I have lemited myself to eating one pice of chocolate a day. they are small pices too. But that will tie me over till the end of the day. i need help realy bad i have started to log what i eat every day. and i am writing down how long i exersice and what i do.

Here's what I do if I think I did really good eating wise during the day and exercising and all that jazz then I just reward myself with sumthin small like today i ate a sugar cookie and omg it was heaven thats what I look forward to all day! Thats what I call motivation! Lmao!

Hang in there! Be strong, don't let temptation take over. Just keep imagining yourself at your goal weight and how lovely you will be!!! :-)
