Hey all hope yall did good today I think I did. Breakfast A Breakfast sandwhich, sausage egg between toast with sunny d, lunch I had two rows of graham crackers and water, dinner I two pieces of fried catfish with a very small portion of spagetti with water, and my exercise today was 45 min of dancing to some upbeat music. I really think I burned some cal's today I worked up a BIG sweat, if anyone knows what I did bad that I could change reply please, or anything I could add to the diet.

Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing good today, I was wondering about those green tea pills and where to get them and how effective they are. Oh and I would like to recommend Honey Maid Graham Crackers (THE LOW FAT ONES) its about 120 cals per two rows and 2-3grms of fat. If anyone knows about the green tea pills and if you have tried them reply to me :)

hey, im not really sure if i did good or not! breakfast-protein shake-115 cals, lunch-slice of pepporoni pizza (not good i know, but i wiped the grease off, which i dono if it does ANYTHING, but yeah) and then after school i jump roped for 3 sets of 20 mins. Then i had a clemintine and like half a 100 cal pack! i haven't had dinner yet, but im gonna try to have like fish or chicken or soup or something healthy, so did i do good? im gonna do crunches and lift some weights.

Hey guys umm so far I have been on my diet for only 2 days but am I eating right? I am 5feet 4in I weigh 139 (it may not seem like a lot but its all on my stomach) but for Breakfast- I had eggs,1piece of weat toast,an orange,and water? For lunch- I had salad with turkey,grapes,water? and Dinner- I had chicken,green beans,and water? is that ok? Thanks guys

okay- this site doesn't allow the promotion of anorexia- so why is it every day i come on here and there is candace 17 saying she barely ate anything- i leep telling her she either needs to eat more or stop posting those messages where she's like- 'oh no- i at a piece of fruit, i feel like a pig' or ' i ate two pieces of cereal and a banana- did i do okay?' because my anwer will always be the same and she's not setting a good example. by now she should know better and so should the other people who are posting severely low calories diets! YOU NEED 1200 AT THE VERY LEAST AND THAT SHOULD ALL BE HEALTHY FOOD BECAUSE IT'S SHOWN THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH NUTRIENTS UNLESS THEY HAVE 2000 CALORIES OF PURE HEALTHY NUTRIENT PACKED FOODS. THEREFORE YOU'RE BEING VERY UNHEALTHY WITH ONLY EATING 800 CALOREIS OF JUNK!

hey guys, im sick today so i didnt eat much um i had bout 150 cal for breakfast, 200 for lunch, and about 300 for dinner, is that ok, cause im not feeling good?

Well I was sick today and didn't keep anything down so Im like really weak for one cause i had no nutrition and two I was in bed sweating all day

oh my gosh, i can't seem to go 2 days in a row eating well. yesterday i did really well, but today, i didnt do good ata ll! breakfast-bowl of cheerios, lunch-peanut butter crackers, and a cup of ice cream (170 cals) then after school i hadl ike a whole bunch of grapes, then at 711 i had all these samples, i just kept opening the sample thing. i had like 2 lil brownie squares, a quarter of a big cookie, and little chocolate doughy thing and a bite of a bagel. omg. what the heck?! well ih ave a bball game tonight so that's my excersise and im gonne try not to have more than 300 cals for dinner!
