hey! i was 154 pounds now i am 147! but i still wanna be atleast 128 so ill have to lose atleast another 19 pounds and at most in order to be 125 i would have to lose 22 pounds but i need some words of encouragement! i have till may 30th

Ok So Ive finally figured out and exersize that actually works 4 me! Dance! So what I need to work on now is my diet. I know I have been saying I have been doing well but Im havig trouble. I know after the first week or so on your diet, you get pretty used to it, and thats what I need 2 do. Once I accomplish that, its a lot easier. So anyway, my friend is getting on my nerves bcuz yes she is fat and yes she is going on a "diet". Yea but her idea of a diet is sandwhiches, fries, pizza, cookies, and crap like that. I am doing better than her and Im proud of it. Ive told 2 of my other friends and they agree. Should I tell her? cuz obviously she doesnt get what a diet is. One other thing about her that pisses me off is that she will sit there and say, "Im fat" and she knows its all her fault. Me, I KNOW its my fault Im overweight. I let food take control over me. hey is this good for they day?? breakfast-protein shake (300 cals) lunch-yogurt, 100 cal pack. snack-chewy bar. dinner-stofers steak, potatoes and veggies frozen meal. it adds up to about 1200. i ran 31/2 miles and had bball for an hour, i also did some little weights and an ab workout. is this good!??

I am 5'7 and i am 155 pounds. It is really hard for me to lose weight, and i dont know why. Sometimes I try to starve myself so i can lose weight, but i can't do. Im trying out for vollyball, so that will give me exercise, and i am joining a gym with my mom. I need advise to help control my weight. Someone reply. PLEASE!!!!!

breakfast=instant breakfast drink (low calories)...lunch=chicken whopper and fries :X i know i know then i had a coffee....i had a game today (cheerleading) so i didnt work out

Hey all! I havn't been on in awhile, if neone remembers me newayz...:p! But yea since the last time I was here I've lost 13 lbs which is good it could of been more but I havn't really been trying since today. My goal is to lose 28 lbs more. Right now I'm 5'8" and weigh 173 GROSS! LoL but my goal is 145. I'm on my way! I feel gross tho Like this morning I had my yogurt and these green tea pills(Which I don't know what I would do without!) but then for lunch I had a slice of Godfathers pizza and I feel so guilty! :/ Oh well I'll just have a slimfast tonight for dinner and that should help me out a lil bit at least I hope so! Hey Guys I am 5feet 4inches and I weigh 139 It may not seem like a lot but all my fat goes to my stomach. I want to be like 110 pounds (so like lose 29 pounds) I am eating better but I cant really do anything out side cause of all the snow so what should I do?

Hey guys! Well I wanted to say that I havent over ate for a week! I know it sounds lame but I think I broke the habbit FINALLY. Like some of you, I would eat healthy the whole day, then at night time....BOOM. What I did was, tell my mom not to buy anything bad or make any cookies and things like that, then I really had nothing I wanted to eat! Heres my eating plan for the day, and it works so try it! For breakfast, I have a bowl of cerial with skim milk. Cereal is a great choice for a dieters breakfast. Unless you get like sugar crazy 1000 calories a bowl cereal. Then for lunch which is around 11-12ish, I have a salad or a sandwitch. Then around 3ish I have a snack! Like a power bar or big cookie or yogurt or fruit. I reccoment power bars of any types becuase theres so many out there. There soo good and its a great snack. Then for supper which I eat around 5ish, I eat... (view more)

okay , yesterrday and today i pigged out super bad and the scale showing 5 more lbs than i'm used to really puts me in more of a mood to eat worse its so bad!! please , how do i get back on track! I hate when i do this because i've worked so hard on my 1200 cal diet that just a few days cna mess it up and blah!

Okay, how long does "water weight" actually stay in your body? like i just drank a 64oz diet mountain dew.. and gained like 5 lbs lol i know its water weight but how long til that stuff goes away so i know how much i actually gained/ lost over the weekend!?! I'm really mad i think i gained 3 lbs at least but i just had lots of 94% free popcorn before bed both nights thats like the only change .. i dont see how that could make me gain but yeah help!!
