hey is 30 min of jumproping and doing crunches good enough excersise?? once i get to the point of mainting my weight, if i exersise like that, will i be able to eat basically what i want??

this weekend was really discouraging. it was supposed to be fun but i overate friday and saturday then saturday night i went out to a club and was dancing on stage with some of my friedns because none of the other people had the guts and we hear a girl say "see, those girls are dancing on the stage- too bad they're all fat". to make matters worse i wnet to the gym on campus at my friend's colege and felt really weak because everyone else could lift way more than i could. argh.....i want to be able to fit into my pants again....

I need some ways to loose weight. Im 16, 5'5 or so and weigh about 170 Im not drastically overweight but ive been trying and trying and cant seem to get it off. i play softball and we run and workout almost every day, so if i can just eat right i should be ok. But i dont know how to eat right and what to eat. Can anyone help?? I need it. See my sister used to be bulimic and she was always bigger than me and she went thro alot with her recovery and shes finally loosing weight healthily. And shes down to 130 now and shes older than me and in college. and its driving me crazy cause she liked to throw it back in my face sometimes. Like she used to give me her clothes that were too small for her. and now she gives me her clothes that are too big!!!! And im really happy that shes healthy and stuff. But i'd like to be too...nyone have any ideas plz help!!!!!

hey everyone, ive been sick so i havent been eating much, and i lost 2 bounds in the 2 days ive been sick, but ill prolly gain it all back when i start eating my 1000 cals a day again.. ok so in febuary like 15th or something some relatives are comming up and i havent seen them forever and i wanna empress them so im gonna shot for 5-10 oounds

Hey guys, I am doing pretty good on my diet I have lost 5 pounds in 1 and a half weeks I now weigh 139, I want to be 110-115. How long do u think it would take to lose 29 pounds? Thanks guys for all your help

oh my gosh. i did TERRIBLE this weekend. it's not even funny! like friday i ate like 2 bags of candy, last night i had like a bunch of cake, then me n my friends ate like a whole thing of ice cream. then today breakfast-cereal, snack-tostito chips, dinner-fazolli's (2 1/2 breadsticks, peppery chicken alfredo, freezi) THEN i had a 100 cal ack and milk. it adds up to like 2055 for the day. i jump roped for 30 min. gosh..

HI everyone! not 2 bother u all, but please tell me how i did- Breakfast; Two egg Omlette (a little ham, chili peppers inside etc) with some milk (skim)-Lunch; Chicken sandwhich and an Orange with water Dinner: Chicken w/ potatoe and Veggies...---I put in a little of everything....fruit, dairy, meat, wheat, vegetables...and for excersise, 1 hr of dancing and 30min on the treadmil....a little aerobics 2...So how did i do? good luck with all your goals though!

well today i did really bad, For B: i had 2 egg whites on 2 poieces of light wheat bread (70), for Lunch i had wendys which I got the fruit bowl, but for dinner i had 2 small tacos and then a bunch of meat and lettuce and then i had 6 cream puffs (305 cal) and didnt even exercise!! urgh but tomorrow i get to exersice again
