yesterday i woke up and had 2 lean pockets and dorritos....then later i had to low fat yogurts....then for dinner i had 1 serving of meatloaf and some corn...i ran for 20 minutes at 6 mph and did 2 miles....and i did a few crunches...how did i do?? oh i had a power bar too

kathryn, i think christina meant that she should have had 1 lean pocket and 1 yogurt- because she had two of each. and the only thing wrong with lean pockets is the high sodium content- other then that they're a great source of protien and have a bit of fiber too...

Wait, are you saying that she should only being eating one of either breakfast or lunch? No WaY! shes doing great! You need both. And instead of eating less often and throwing her metabolism into back spin, shes eating meals and snacks, as one should if they want to lose weight heathily!

If this is the same Candace17 who has been previously starving herself, then you did great! And even if its not, you did pretty well! Um, what exactly is wrong with lean pockets for breakfast? You know, eating "breakfast foods" for breakfast vs "dinner foods" doesnt make once ounce of difference when it comes to weight loss. Eat what you want! Eat when youre hungry! remember, eat to live, dont live to eat!

Um the breakfast is a bad choice. You shouldnt eat lean pockets and deffinitly not dorritos. Have some cerial. As for your luch and breakfast, why do you need to have two? By having one, you cut your portions in half! Other then that, it looks like you did good! Good luck!!!

well- you were around 1500 calories and got a bit of exersize. good! you def. burned off more than you consumed so you lost weight. keep it up! one thing though is that with those two lean pockets is that they have a lot of sodium so just watch out, and get more fruits and veggies!
