well i am back to school and back to trying to eat healthier and exercise every day but sundays. ne ways for B: I hade oatmeal (130) and some grapes, for Lunch i had a small salad with a half a piece of ham, fat free ranch, sugar free jello, a fruit cup (50) and a large apple, then after school i am exercising in the weight room, then going home maybe eating a special K bar or yougart, then i am having dinner (not sure yet)...does this sound ok

everything you are eating sounds healthy and good for you, but try to add up your caolries and make sure you hit the 1200cl mark. Im not experienced enough to know if what you are eating adds up to that, but check, cuz it will pay off. And if it IS adding up right, then it all sounds great!! Good Luck!
