Hey everyone hope everyone is doing extra good today, today I had a low fat pop tart and milk for breakfast, a tyson spicy chicken sandwhich and i put jalapeno peppers on it for the extra fire, they also didnt have my fav salad dressing out so i had a couple of frys with a carton of milk. For dinner i had a saucer of spagetti and 3 pieces of garlic bread <~ broiled and a glass of lemonade with dinner. I just had a snack another pop tart, And now im going to go have an apple. I did 35 crunches today and no heavy workout. Personal problem, its no prob if anyone wants to know. AIM sexililhunnieboo or yahoo tinkerbellz_caramelkiss07 feel free to IM me :)

hey jsut got home from school well i ate 2 peices of toast with butter this morning and then i just ate a sandwhich and i need to get up to 1200 cals. lol and im like at 400 i think idk but how much weight will you lose is you eat 1200 cals a day plus exercise how much will u lose in a month u think?

i really dont know why alll of a sudden im starting to GAIn weight.. im still eating 1200 cals and excersizing the same. help!!! im oging on vacatoni and at this rate i want to cut like 200 mor ecals a day if this is how it will be but then i would be eatin like nothing and i can't do that!!!

Well to start off i am 13, 5'4", and weigh around 145 and that not be to bad but i have lots of fat in my face and tons around my stomach and not a lot anywhere else. But kids in my school make fun of me because of my weight and in eigth grade i want to show up and be a new me. But i eat when im sad and bored. so i keep gaining weight each weight and i am not proud i dont even fit into my fat jeans any more i want to lose weight a lot how do u lose fat in the stomach and face. i just need to fit back into my clothes my shirts dont fit my pants dont fit and i have to strech them out to where them i going to have to go to the size bigger then 10. hiya, i went to the doctors today and ive found out that ive got the mumps so im not alowed to leave my house all this week. normally i have a really active day, walking to and from school and then going to work and the gym in the evening and im afraid by not doing all this that im going to put on weight. does any1 have any easy exercises that i can do that will help stop this but that arent 2 hard because i feel really ill! let me know. thanks! xxx

i weigh myself everyday but get mad cause im either the same or only lost like .1 or .2 pounds so instead of once a week which i wanna do im gonna do everyother day and then ill work my way up to once a week cause ill be more happier about my weight. do u think that will work?

this is my exercises for the day so far : a lot of abs, sped walk a mile, i worked my arms, lovehandles, and legs what i ate - sandwhich, 2 slices of toast with butter, 100 calorie pack of wheat thins, and water to drink all day should i eat more today? stop eating for today? exercise more? or what?
