yep. you need to be eating real food! Cuz even though you are doing good with hitting 1200cal, that 1200cal is supposed to be of real food, healthy stuff like fruits and veggies!! Also, its possible that you are gaining muscle mass which weighs more then fat so you weigh more total, but are healthier!

i noiced that you're eating a lot of fat free stuff. this might be causing you to gain weight. it sounds funny, right? but when foods are fat free it usually means the flavor is replaced with loads of sugar. try making sure that you don't go over 200 carbs a day. also try cutting back on your sodium so you;'re getting 2000mg a day. and don't nibble on things!

try eating more "real" food. Less fat-free, reduced calorie, sugar free stuff, and focus on fruits, vegetables, dairy, and protein. Try to eat more veggies, and just stick with non-refined carbohydrates that have dietary fiber in them.

maybe you can try to eat sugar free food instead of fat free, there is a difference. also, try cutting down on carbs and eat more protein. hope this helps.
