I know is not GOOD for you to drink carbonation non stop, but some peopel are okay to have like as much as they want aren'tn they? i dont see whatss wrong with it if it has zero cals or sugar and like 1% of sodiium / day in one can... why can't we drink as much as we want and why would diet po still make me gain weight? or wont it?? help!!!

because of the sodium- and make sure you check the sodium content on that spray...

the fat-free butter spray stuff is fine in small amounts. But actually, after like 12 sprays, the calories start adding up (at least for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray). It is definitely NOT mostly water, it's mostly chemicals, and even food that seems like it has no calories, if you use a lot of it, the calories will start to appear. Diet soda is fine, but I would only suggest like 1 a day, or 1 every other day. It won't make you gain weight, but all of that aspartame just isn't good for you, and caffeine and sodium make you retain water (so avoid drinking soda or eating salty foods like the day before your weigh in)
