hey jsut got home from school well i ate 2 peices of toast with butter this morning and then i just ate a sandwhich and i need to get up to 1200 cals. lol and im like at 400 i think idk but how much weight will you lose is you eat 1200 cals a day plus exercise how much will u lose in a month u think?

bread isn't alsways 200 cals per 2 slices. each brand is different. some go as low as 35 calories then 60 then 70 then 90 then 100 and 120 or so. you just have to look at the label. personally i eat low carb bread because it tastes just the same and has more protien, fiber and less calories(60 per slice)

You deffinitly ate more then 400 calories so far. Bread has like 200 calories for 2 slices, and toast with butter? I'd say you had around 700-800 calories so far.
