hey i have a question. i have a humongous sweet tooth so it's nearly impossible for me to go without sweets but what if i just have 1 100calorie pack desert (they have like fruit snacks, oreo & chips ahoy crisps)? and diet sodas (i dont drink much soda to begin with though) like maybe once a week, do you think that could help? my mom is a health nut, and my dad had gastric bypass surgery in september, so i eat pretty healthy most of the time, i was just wondering if i should try and do this instead of having regular deserts every other day and stuff.

I have a question. I was woundering what you guys consider being thin. I'm 5'2" and I'm 116-117 lbs. I've come here from being 147. I asked my best friend and she said that 105-110 would be the best goal weight range for me. Thanks.

Hey guys! I wanted to let yall know that you've inspired me to loose weight and now i am less then 10 lbs to my GOAL weight. I started at 140 and now I'm 122. My goal weight is 114! Thanks for inspiring me and helping me! I hope all of you can loose your weight and if any of you need help, I'd love to tell you how I did it.

well i was wondering how i did today, For B: 2pieces of light wheattoast (70), a banana and a little over 1/2 peanut butter, for LUnch i had a small salad with ham, yogart(90) with kashi(60) and an apple, Snack, peach, for dinner i had a a boneless pork chop, non fat cottage cheese and green beans then i had 3 strawberries, i also ran a mile and walked a half a mile, and worked on legs abs and arms

i have so many questions . lol but two : 1) waht do you guys think about fat free butter spray?? can i use a lot of it it says it has zero calories and nfat... so is it like mostly water ? i dont see that they could be 'lying' about htis.. i've heardd so mmany theoriies, but i do believe the companies becuase i'm sur eits just the things its made out of? and how can that make you gain weight.. does it help with weight loss and is it okay for me? 2) what about diet pop? I know is not GOOD for you to drink carbonation non stop, but some peopel are okay to have like as much as they want aren'tn they? i dont see whatss wrong with it if it has zero cals or sugar and like 1% of sodiium / day in one can... why can't we drink as much as we want and why would diet po still make me gain weight? or wont it?? help!!!

Hey I have never been over weight but the way I stay small is I run every day and I eat small meals not enough to make me stuffed just half full

Hey guys, this might seem like a little much, but once in a while I repeat this mantra to myself over and over again, "I don't care about food, I want to be thin." This has really helped me, because every time I'm about to eat something I shouldn't, I hear myself saying that mantra, even if I really do feel like eating the food at the moment. Maybe it sounds crazy, but it works for me! (By the way, there has been research lately that shows that hypnosis really works for weight loss, so at least I have some research backing me up)

WOW, all your stories are so inspirational. I weight 178 pounds and im only 5 ft 4. Im getting off my ass right now and im starting a diet and exercise plan. Not tomorrow but now. I want to be 110 pounds. I'll write in and I'll tell you all how I'm doing. WISH ME LUCK!

im down to 142 lbs from 191 lbs! im so pleased! but at the moment im stuck at home all day because ive got the mumps :( im normally really active and im not getting any exercise being stuck in and im afraid of putting on weight because i eat when im bored and also my appetite is really big! help!!!

Okay, i dont understand why i'm not losing anymore i'm liike slowly gaining and its frusterating!! i work out 45- hour / day combined cardio and weight training . Today I had- Skinny cow ice cream with fat free cool whip, (200) fat free hot chocolate w/ fat free cool whip (100) and 1/2 cup kashi on top (100). I had gum/extras/mints adding up to 200 cals. Then , i had a salad with fat free croutons and fat free dressing (100) , another fat free hot chocolatee (100), andd a boca patty (120) with fat free cheeses (100) , and ketchup (50.) Pllus a bunch of grapes! (150)- this equals 1220... i eat like this daily but nothihngs happening.. i stop eating before 7, i'm getting so frusterated. help me!!

ok, you all are right and im sorry. i wast trying to insult you, i was just frusterated and i really am sorry. i do take medicine for my hypothyroidism, but it isnt a miracle pill, it just keeps me healthy. i wish i could find someone who is going through it too, none of my family really knows what it is, or how hard it is to deal with, if anyone wants to talk about it or anything my email is purpledaisyann@hotmail.com. i appologize if i have offended anyone, please forgive me, i just have been under alot of stress lately. i think im going to do pilates, i have a bad back, so it shouldnt get too strained, thanx for the idea. i just have to find a time to do it when my family isnt around, lol. does anyone do crunches on a regular basis, and does it help? i can do them, and alot at a time, i am just wondering if they really help with belly fat. please write me back, tootles and good luck to everybody.
