okay so lately i've been eating 400 cals for breakfast, and 200 towards lunch, and then the rest of the 600 when i get home from school. thats 1200 but by 4:00 then i'm done with my cals for the day, thats whne i excersize and at night maybe i'll have a cup of hot chocolate or just water.. is eating like this okay as long as i can do it and i'm eating the right foods? its hard for me to spread it out and i think im losing more weigh tlike this, so i dont overeat at night

um- i don't think it's that great to stop eating at 4 because that's a very long time that you won't be eating- but i don't know- it seems your metabolism wouldn't have anything to fuel it...
