Hi my name is nicole and im very overwiight im 14 years old 5 foot 6 and i weigh 205lbs. i would like to be a like 140 i have started exercising and dont snack on junky food anymore. i also walk 3 miles every day and i have be doing this for almost a week and i havent lost anything can someone help me PLZ!!!!!!!!

hey, no worries, this is the hardest part!!! the beginning, gettting started, all that jazz. ITs when you need to remember that weight loss is a long term project and you need to keep with it, even though you dont see atomatic results. It sucks, i know!! But dont give up, and keep posting on this site to get good adivce (alot of kids know what they are talking bout) and keep your motivation hi!

how about trying Weight watchers? It's good for people who have a significant amount of weight to lose.

Don't worry babe just stick with it! The hardest part bout it is starting and keeping ur momentum at the beginning after ur in it for awhile it will be easy! At least thats how it is for me. If ya want my advice if ur doin a good amount of exercise which it seems like u r start writing down everything u eat and then look ova it at the end of the day and if ur doin sumthin wrong trust me u'll know!
