man you guys arent really much help. i posted on the 29th, and i didnt get much help, just some "oh wow, you are fat" kinda crap. im serious about losing weight and really need some help. my email is yellowduckies43@yahoo.com. i am 5.2' and i weigh 175 (about). prom is in 2 months and i really want to at least look decent in a dress. i also have hypothyroidism. PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!

you arent that big-- trust me im 5'9" and 230 lbs.. i need to lose weight.. im not sure if i want to go to prom or not... its really depressing but..forget about the people who are mean.. just have confidence in yourself and have the will power to make your dreams come true!!

you know, when you're trying to get advice from people, it's usually not a good idea to insult them first. I would have given you advice, but now I don't feel like it. Better luck next time w/ the social skills.

well- maybe you should try to be of help instead of insulting us. most of us are in the position that we want to lose weight too. so read other posts and seriously get over yourself because, sorry, but ew're not all here for you!

if you have hypothyroidism, then you shoudl be taking thyroid pills..which probably would help you lose a lot of weight since that should be the cause of you not being able to lose and continuously gain.

you should do pilates! it really does work. in a month i lost a pant size.you should really do it and just watch what you eat. like if you have a big dinner cut it and save it later for a snack. excercise at least 3 times a week. it doesnt have to be big thing. like just walking to the mailbox,walking your dog around the corner. well good luck!
