how did I do, I ate part of my 2 pieces of toast for breakfast and a sip of orange juice, lunch=an apple and a few baby carrots then I had a coffee with creamer and for dinner clam chowder and milk. I also exercised for an hour

You didn't eat enough. You need at least 1200 calories a day. Most of it should be healthy. You won't lose weight if you don't eat enough cals. Great job on the exercise part though. *Ray*Ray*
