Anna in response to your comment i think that you were very rude about the situation i am 160 pounds and i think that it would be nice if i could go down to about 125 im not trying to fit in to look like those girls in magazines but i think its ok if i want to be able to were nice fitting clothes you said if your under a size 14 its ok but i think that if you want to be a size 2 or five its ok a long as your loseing the weight a healthy way not starving yourself this is a chat room to encourage not put down all you had to say was please dont starve your body becuse youll end up damageing it more than u think but personally i think its ok to lose weight as long as you are not trying to lose 50 pounds when you weigh 120 thats not ok remember ifd you want to give a comment dont be rude be respectful

Okay I have been GAINING weight lately and I've been eating less and working out more! And its not muscle gain because I've been doing the exact same things, ect...I need some help because I'm freaking out over here. I drank this tea called fasting yoga tea...just one cup and its saposed to speed your metabolism and help with a succesful weight loss but I deffinitly think its doing the opposite. However, I drank it like 2 weeks ago and only one cup!! Any of you know of foods I shold cut out 2 see some results? I would appreciate it and thankyou very much.

wow. some people really never get it do they? everyone continues to think it's a great idea to throw their bodies into starvation mode and that if they're not a size 2 then they are fat. it has really been bugging me. this site is no longer a site for overweight people- it now just seems like a site for little ignorant girls to get support in starving themselves so that they can be a size zero once again. this isn't helping me at all- i hope it clears up soon...hint: if you're a size below the average size 14 THEN YOU'RE NOT FAT. oh oh- another hint: IF THE CALCULATOR TELLS YOU YOU'RE AT YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT THEN YOU'RE NOT FAT EITHER!!!oh wait- i feel another one comming on: DON'T F-ING STARVE YOURSELF- YOU'LL LOSE TONS OF MUSCLE AND YOUR METABOLIMS WILL SLOW WAY DOWN AND YOU'LL STRUGGLE EVEN HARDER THEN YOU ARE NOW KEEPING THE WEIGHT OFF...don't mean to sound like a jerk but it's the truth lately.
