Guys, please help me. My family has been going through a really hard time... me and my younger brother found out my father had a drug problem and he had to go to rehab.. so that was an event then when he came home, my mom made him move out, and he moved 2 and a half hours away. And I got so stressed out I kept eating and eating and gained alot of weight. PLEASE let me know how to get back to my normal weight. <3

I have a huge peice of advice for everyone here. I have gone from 147 to 115 ( I'm only 5'2" ) and I only have 5 more lbs to lose until I'm at my goal weight range. I have struggled along the way and I have had my ups and downs. I just stayed positive no matter what and lived in the moment. I didn't wait until I was thin to do the things I love to do, like hang out with friends and go to the movies or wearing a cute outfit, I just bought the bigger size, even though it was depressing. The thing I wanted to bring up, that I have noticed a lot of on this site, is that everyone is setting a certain time limit for themselves..." I have to lose this weight by..." That isn't gonna work sweetheart. No matter how big the time limit. You need to take it day by day, pound by pound. Okay everyone! i have a problem and i need some help solving it! i am like 230 pounds and im 5ft7.. I REALLY want to lose weight, i need to lose atleast 80 pounds to be back on track.. Last year i took diet pills over the school year and i lose weight but during the summer i gained it back..I tell myself everyday im going to start a diet. but i always fail.. its hard keeping track by myself.. and i dont know what to do.. i need some advice from all of you kind people out there ..If you wanna start a diet together then reply to me and let me know! that'd be soo great! I havent been on here for a very long time! Well I have been successful and a failure with losing weight. I need help, I always do good, then I do terrible. I yoyo diet, all the time and I know that is terrible. I need to lose 30-40 pounds by summer June or beginning of July. So that is like 4-5 months away. I need help though, I need some dedicated diet buddies. That will email me back and forth. Like almost everyday. Or most days. Cause I need all the support and help I can get. Oh here are my stats 5'5 160 pounds, goal to be 120 by summer! For those who remember me, I went back up 13 pounds with my weight. I need to get to 120. hey i really need to lose weight im 5'6 and 152 lbs. and my friend and her older sister called me a fat girl who needs to stop eating and they were talking behind my back to my best friend. im so sad that just makes me think of what other people are saying around me. does anyone know how to get rid of cellulite or stretch marks?

k so i'm down to wher ei just wnat to lose those last 10 lbs... but so far its kinda on a plateau, still excersizing 45- hour 4 times a week or 5... 1200 cals of healthy food per day... but i'm just wondering if i dont' step it up will i start gaining?? or will i stay at this rate?? how much more should i do to lose thel ast 10?

Well, after seconds and seconds of vigorous research, i finally figured out what a crunch is!!!! to all of you who are as clueless as me, I will teach you how. Lie down flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Hold your hands wherever you feel comfortable (on your chest or beside your head - just be sure you don't pull on your head). Simply roll your upper torso forward. For a more effective "crunch", push your chest and head up towards the ceiling pushing your lower back flat onto the floor.Trying to crunch up towards the ceiling will increase the tension on the abs. Hold at the top of the movement for a second and squeeze hard. Don't lift up into a sit-up... thats NOT a crunch and does not accomplish what crunches do. urgh i am so mad, i know that lasagna is bad for you, we had it for dinner last night for my grandmas birthday and we have a whole bunch of left overs to eat and my parents are making me have it tonight too..i dont know how i am ever going to lose weight eating things bad for you. but this is what i had today, B: egg white, ketchup, and an apple, for Lunch i am having a salad, fat free dressing, strawberys, canaloup and light and fit yougart, when i get home i will prolly have a peach and for dinner is salad with lasagna..if after school actvities dont get cancelled i am working out. is this okay

I hate being overweight it makes me feel bad when people make fun of me. I'd really love to look good in summer clothes. I would rather work on my exersize habits then eating habits...does anyone know any EFFECTIVE exersizes besides running or walking?

okay im on this birth control shot thats supposed to make my period go away butttt my body responded to it diff so ive been on my period for over 32 days straght...the doctor said it will even out soon but right now its hell...i get mad cravings and i was gunna give up fast food and yesterday i ended up waking up, breakfast-bowl of honey and oats cereal, 1 fat free yogurt, and juice for lunch i had-FRIED chicken and fries and THREE cookies and for dinner i had one piece of pizza and a BIG MAC and 2 mini apple pies....im 5'6 and weight 145 now...im athletic looking and my measure ments are chest-38 waist-28 hips-39 so im not big looking but i want to be somewhere between 125-130 by the summer and right now its just really hard for me bc so much is happening....ahhh im getting tired of all this stress :(
