I am 13 years old and I weigh 225 to 236 pounds. I have tried to start to diet on my own and I can't stick to it and I need help. I know I am only in the eigth grade but I have been thinking about prom and I want to wear a bikini this summer so I need to lost weight I want my goal weight to be around 156 pounds. I'll try anything please help!!

start by going for walks, and eating fruit and veggies instead of junk food, paying attention to nutirition labels will help alot too.

Hey! i feel the exact same way!! maybe we can start a diet together! and email back n forth to keep eachother motivated!! i am 13 and i weigh 230lbs!!
