well lately i havnt been eating 1200 calories because i am scared i am going to eat to much but today i finally reliezed that iam not eating enough because i am really light headed, so i am going to make sure i eat about 1300 calories a day but i need to up my Breakfast and lunch, but dont know how or waht to eat, ne suggestions? and is it okay for me to eat Fat Free icecream tonight after dinner so i can make sure i am eating about 1200 cal. This is what i had today, B: a bananna on 2 pieces of light wheat toast (70 cal), lunch a small salad, 1/2 piece of ham, sugar free jello, a special K bar (90) and an apple, then i got home and had a 90 cal yougart with 1/2 cup or kashi cearal (60) and then for dinner i am having boneless pork chops, a bake potato with butter, and i think green beans, is that enough or is it okay to have some icecream?! please respond before i eat dinner lol, oh and i ran a mile today and wokred on abs legs and arms.

i think you might be underestimating on your cals.. but its okay , those are good foods your doing well!! i eat like u lol the same foods mmmm!!

well thanks for the respones and i was too full from dinner because i actually ate a whole bunch and i dont even want the ice cream so im happy

personally i think your meal plan is pretty good i'd hold off on the ice cream but i guess if you want it that bad just have a really small portion even if it is low fat. I'M proud that u ran a mile today! i wish i could run but i have shin slints so it hurts real bad so ive been dancing instead but yeas u have a great plan just stick with it and limit junk food! good luck i kno u can do it
