this is my exercises for the day so far : a lot of abs, sped walk a mile, i worked my arms, lovehandles, and legs what i ate - sandwhich, 2 slices of toast with butter, 100 calorie pack of wheat thins, and water to drink all day should i eat more today? stop eating for today? exercise more? or what?

wow- that was a horribel day! you barely got any protien and fruits and veggies...your diet of all grains is very bad for you

um u needa eat more 3 meals a dya, i eat 1000cal a day and thats really cutting it close, u need have about 1200 a day
