today i did really good!! i had cheer and dance practice for 3 hours so i didnt work out after that...for breakfast i had a cup of decaf coffee with fake sugar lol and cream (70 cals) and a granola bar thing (200 cals) for lunch i had a coffee but it wasnt tha healthy kind...(200 cals) and i had lots of waterrrrr....im proud of myself for today :)

you live in a world were you are lucky enough to have food on your table every day (or at least i assume you are, since you have access to a computer) and look what you are doing. YOU ARE STARVING YOURSELF!! this is not healthy. Everyone on this site is here (or should be) to loose weight HEALTHILY. Everyone will be happy to support you, IF and WHEN you do it in a way that is not detrimental to your health! ALL YOU EAT ALL DAY LONG WAS A GRANOLA BAR. Cant you understand that that is NOT ENOUGH!?!? I dont understnad, how can you even take that? I mean, i need to eat, or else i feel faint and woozy. But you dont at all!! How have you not fallen over yet from mal-nutition? You must be hungry. And guess what, you dont need to feel hungry to loose weight!! I hope you do better next time-- for your own sake...

that wasnt really healthy, u need to eat more, like dinner also. and alot of coffee is also bad for u but ur exercising is good, but u really do neeed to eat more! good luck next time

you have only had 470 calories, AND you worked out!!! your body needs ATLEAST 1200 calories, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and conserve all of the fat it has!!! better luck next time!!

you really should try not to drink too much coffee. It's really bad for you, even decaf, which usually contains more chemicals than the caffeinated stuff. Just try to ease yourself off of it, because it becomes as addicting as a drug, and your body starts depending on it.
