well i am off for this week of school because of regents week, and i wont be able to work out in the gym after school, so i really need to work out at home, does anyone know any cardiovascular stuff i can do, but i dont have a tred mill or ne thing?? because i do some thigh stuff, and ab stuff so i just need cardio...please respond if u know ne!

ha, youre lucky! I WOULD be getting this week off, but i am away from ny for the year! Only ny has to take the regents, right? lucky us... i live in the city! OH, and for this week, try doing stuff that you enjoy. Go swimming at the Y or shovel snow (i heard ny got a lot, im jelous!) or just go for a walk. IT takes more effort to walk in the snow, like walking in sand.. and if you dont have snow, go for a walk anyway- a nice long one. You can also "google" stuff, like good exercises for ppl w/o equipment. I do that all the time and get different ones so i dont get board! Good luck!

put on music and do a bunch of kicks, dances, punches and so on for 30 minutes. i had a friend who did this for a week and she lost 10lbs!
