hey i just got done doing 800 crunches, and i had basketball practice.. im going to a party tomorrow night so ill prolly eat something not heathyl... but im gonna try not too i also have volleyball and basketball practice tomorrow... and am prolly gonna do around 400 crunches tomorrow night instead of 800... does it really make ur stomach look biger cause people are telling me that and i dont know if i should stop doing them and do something else.
