i used to go on these boards. then i stopped, and now im back!! I recently lost 5 pounds, which im so happy about. My question is...Tonight my mom ordered us pizza for dinner...is two pieces okay to have? I've eaten healthy all day and am going to do half an hour of pilates and my own personal abs/legs routine aswell, which takes about 20 minutes. Is two pieces a horrible amount? should i just have one? Please let me know because its coming soon!!:)
