well i have been on my diet 3 weeks, and lost 10lbs! i now weight 87.5kg i did weight 90kg now i need to get to around 68kg and then i will weight 150lbs which is a healhy weight for someone of my height (5"7) the funny thing is that ive still be having choclate but in small amounts, this week i thought id do really bad neace i have deep fried mini fish and chips but i havent put on weight but next week i really am going to try because if i can basically lose around 3lbs per week, without hardly exercising only once then i am sure i can lose a lot more! everyone can reach their goal. I was upset earlier because this lad i know said that when i walk it sounded like an earth quake ! w/e becuae i no i may be 13st 6lbs but i am tall aswell so i carry it off kinda ok. lol
