Well i dont know if i did good today, but this is what i had so far, for B: i had a light and fit yougart with half cup of kashi cereal in it (150 cal), for lunch my grandpa took me to lunch and i had a chicken ceasar salad with grilled chicken, croutans, with italian dressing and a big role, then for dinner i had a ham sandwich on light wheat bread, a light and fit yougart, and an orange, then i am going to the hockey game with a friend and probably having hot choclate or something..i didnt get to work out today though but i have a soccer game tomorrow..is this okay!?
