I am kinda upset today because we had a snow day well not really snow but we cancelled school because it is really cold here. ne ways and today i dont get to work out like i do everyday. but when i woke up i did some 6-second abs and i did a few more after breakfast. tomorrow i have indoor soccer so i hope i am okay? this is what i had so far, for breakfast i ate a light and fit yougart with a half of cup of kashi cereal(150 cal) then later i am probably going to have some grapes and for lunch i am planning on having a ham sandwich on light wheat bread, with a yougart, and an orange, and then later maybe having an apple or something, then dinner. and probably doing some more 6-second abs..is this okay?

why don't you take advantadge of the extra time and do more exersize at home? pop in a tape or listen to music and dance...
