Hey people, theres so many people on here who say they dont know what to do for weightloss. Theres loads of diets out there right now and with so many to choose from its no wonder we are stuck. I have been on virtually every diet you can name. I see an ad in a magazine and then try it the next day. I usually last for about a week before i give in to hunger. On the atkins i lasted for three weeks and five days and lost 6lbs. I expected more as i had to cut out my favoutite food..bread. It gave me horrible breath and was not the worth the trouble it caused. I went on the cabbage soup diet and lasted 6 days and lost five pounds. That was water weight though and was just pointless because i gained it all back again when i upped my calorie intake. The mose recent diet i have started, and been on for a month is the curves workout plan. I have lost 13lbs and feel alot better. Everyone has noticed and i feel so much more healthy and even went out and bought a pair of shorts yesterday for the first time in ages. It is based on eating 1200 cals a day in the first phase and then gradually increasing it. In the thrid phase (maintenance) you eat like 2500-3000 cals a day!! You never feel hungry and the exercise plan is cool too, only half an hour three times a week so thats like four days off!!! Good or what?
