hey well i have been doing so well lately but not today!! i did so this is waht i had, for B i had a light and fit yougart(90 cal) with strawberries, then lunch i had salad with fat free ranch, an orange, and a 90 cal Special K bar, then S; i had grapes and a rice krispy treat(160 cal) then dinner i had a WHOLE ham and cheese with lettuce and little oil on wheat bread and a few fries and some strawberries i know i ate so bad.. after school i ran 1.30 miles, worked on arms and legs. how did i do? bad?

you ate the whole ham- or did you eat the whol sandwhich. because you either binged hugely or did perfectly fine by eating a sandwich.lol...
