oh, btw, I was planning on walking 45min-1h every other day, then the days I'm not, walking for about 15-20min. Do you think I can reach my goal? And if not lose 40 lbs, how much do you think I can expect to lose? It seems no matter how much or little I eat I either stay the same weight or gain. I'm also worried that my weight is slowly starting to limit the amount of excersize I can do. Yeah, I was 164lbs, but I was also bellemic er however you spell that. I don't want to get into that again, it's a horrible habit to break.

Thanks, I don't want to try too hard, but that sounds pretty easy. I'm just worried that if I try to hard I'll over work myself and not want to do it anymore.

that sound good- i think by doing that and not having a bad diet then you can lose maybe 20lbs by march. if you want to lose more then after the first week start bumping up the intensity of your workout without minimizing the length- also do some strength training on the 15-20min. walk day like crunches, pushups, and free weights...good luck!
