HEY everybody!!!!!!!!! I wanna ask you if i did good so far. ok then, breakast: Small bagel with butter(butter: has a lot of vitamins and calcium):about 215 cals Snack: combos snack(cheese pretzels), slushi thing from target(i know bad... A LOT OF SUGAR, i guess it is only once) =300 cals (AHHHHHHHHH!!!) Lunch: chicken with a little piece of pizza : about 350 cals I am going to have dinner later... i think i am going to have: pork with veggies and salad: about 400 cals How do u guys think i did so far??? BYT: i weigh 200lbs, 5'3 (almost 4 in). i wanna get down to 145 by next september. DO u think that is possible???? thankz guys!! ~jenna

Hey guys! Hope your weekend was full of healthy eating, exercising and happiness! LOL...Okay well I am getting closer and closer to my goal. Heres what I did for the finale. I bought these jeans I always wanted at Abercrombie and Fitch. They were 80 dollars and way to much money to spend on a pair of jeans. BUT I had a 50 dollar gift certificate so It was only 30 bucks! Okay so I bought the jeans too small...on purposeo of course. Now I'm determined to loose the last bit of weight. I dont even know how much I weigh now. Something around 123, 124ish. Your prob thinking I am not fat, but I am only 5'2'' and I have a tiny frame so it was nessacary. So me loosing about 5-10 more lbs will inable me to fit into my dream jeans. THATS my motivation and it is good motivation for anyone! Everytime you want a dougnut, think of those jeans. Good luck yall!

hey i know that this is the reason we are here but, I HATE BEING OVERWEIGHT. I KNOW Y I AM 2 BECAUSE I CANT STOP EATING!!!!!!! Today i ate 2 whole bags of chips and one of those Ritz Chese packets. I dont know how to stop. I am 13,5'4" and now weigh 198. I get teased everyday and i think that makes me gain weight even more. Even this one girl who is 5'2" and has gained a lot of weight over the past few monthes who was big to begin with she is like 150 and is not even close to me. If u can believe it i used to weigh less then her. I have some good friends and they keep telling me how fat Jessica is getting but it doesn't make me feel any better. It actually hurts me more. So if someone could be so nice to give me weight loss tips for the stomach and face, and a way to help me stop eating so much. Please,post something!! THANKS

Okay so how am i doing today so fa?....Breakfast, i didn't eay because i wasn't hungary, lunch i think i did bad , chicken nuggets and a slice of pizza, and well dinneri don't know what i'm haveing but it will problly be something light.what do ya think

hey for breakfast i walked 2 miles to Kuby's and had apple crepes. i dont no how many calories that is? but then i walked 2 miles back home..then later for lunch i had a smoked turkey sandwhich (very small) and then umm i havent had anything else its only 3..for dinner i'm gonna have soup. i've drinken like 6 cups of water so far..and ive burned 100 calories playing ddr so far and later im going rollerblading..does that sound good?

hey im 5"6.5 and weigh 200 pounds!!!! i gained 20 since december i gained 10 form holidays then i broke my shoulder a month and a half ago and i have been doing nothing and i gained another 10!!!! PLZ HELP ME i wanna get down to 160 buy summer around august or september or even down to 170-175 i just wanna be at least 160 by november. plz help me with my eating plans and exercise plans!!! Hey everybody. How are you? I think that instead of everyone going to this website should start going outside an excersise instead of sitting on your butt and trying to figure out more. The key to weight loss is to go and excersise and eat 3 healthy meals a day and it dosent take a genius to know that. I mean it's not hard. I made my goal and I am so happy. I used to weight 197 pounds, then all I dod was give up ALOT of my favorite foods like soda i gave up mcd's 2. Did u know that u can gain a pound just by it? Well I used to just sit on the computer and try to find out everything and then i said to myself i am just making it worse so i just did it 5 times a week for less than 30 minutes then i gave up all bad food, I also ate a lot of fish. Anyways i hate to write this long letter but it is exactly how I did it and dont let bad people tell you that ur fat ebcause they used to pick on... (view more)

i already ate 2000 calories and i just cant stop eating i think were ordering pizza tonight so that will be 1000 more calories what should i do i want to be skinny so i could wear a bakini in the summer. i know this is totally of the topic but does any 1 heard of the all american rejects? they were a really great rock band and i was just wondering if any 1 knows if they split up cuz you dont hear any songs of theirs on the radio. if you know please let me know thanks

today i did good....so far...i have had, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 suasage, 2 mini poppy seed muffins, 5 blackberry chicken nugget things from whole foods(i dunno..they sound weird but tast really good) fresh fruit, some type of salsa dip and like 10 chips or so...so i am proud of myself! i have been working out alot to lately yay!! (5.4, 146lbs) 11lbs to go!!
