hi everyone im a new visitor to the sight and i saw that all of the people here lost weight or actually are losing weight .. im veryy veryyy heavy .. im like 245 and its unormal for me .. i really need to lose weight and i started my diet today i got to do better im gona excersise tomroow and everyday but if anyone has any suggestions or anything plz tell me on the board .. its very good to hear how all of u lost weight ! congrats ! what excersise and type of eating did u do and what type of foods did u eliminate ? thanks x0x and keep up the good work ! wish me luck .. its like see im goin on a diet cuz i need to lose weight for the summer and everything and im going on vacay so0 bye anD PS .. Hey guys! I just got a list of good snacks to eat for dieting. Lets see...sugar free jellow, unslalted peanutes, cottage cheese w/ fruit, homemade bran muffin, unsalted soynuts, fat free yogurt, string cheese, celery with a minimal ammount of PB, and carrots with minimal ammount of salad dressing! Oh ya, and if you bring a jellow to school, will it melt of anything? Stupid question I know, but I really have no idea! Thankyou!!

My mom got some really good ice cream yesturday. It is blue bunny (i think.) no fat chocolate ice cream. It only has 80 calories a serving! I've had like 5 servings. But I am on ww, so its ok!

ok for breakfast i had 1 special k waffle (70) for lunch i had a jimmyjohn slim and propel (400?) for snack i had a 100 cal pac (100) and an apple (100) and for dinner im having a hamburger (130) on a low cal bun (70) with katchup (15) how is toay is that ok... i had softball for 3 hours and am doing 200 crunches... 5 days till flordia!

FOR ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHO THINK DOING LIKE 500 CRUNCHES IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A SIX-PACK! I just read this article, and it says that doing any more than 2 or 3 sets of 20 crunches every OTHER day is overdoing it and actually making your stomach worse. It fatigues your muscles so much that they can't repair themselves in time. They spend so much time trying to repair themselves that they're not becoming stronger.

I have done so bad the last few days. Friday I did good until I went to youth group and had spagetti and a really buttery piece of toast thingy. Yesturday I had a big taco and a few other bad things. Today I had a doughnut, a few other bad things, peanut butter m&m's, a nutty butty bar and a lean pocket and no fat ice cream w/ 2 percent milk on it to make a shake! I haven't had very much time to workout either! Does anybody have any suggestions for me, I have like 2 weeks til I go to the mall and I want to be able to fit into the clothes that fit me now!!!!! Plz HELP!!!

Hey guys, I need all the help I can get. I am going to hawaii this summer, and I need to lose at least 30 pounds before thin. Which i think is do able since that is in like 3 months or so. I need helpful tips, anything, please reply.

Hey guys! How did I do today? For breakfast I had a small organic bran muffin. For lunch I had some plain chicken strips. (2). For a snack I had some peanutes and sugar free jellow which is only 10 calories so I reccomend that! And for dinner I had a fist size of pork and a cup of baked beans. I played soccer for 1 hour and a half. And went to the gym for 1 hour and a half also. How did I do? Any sugestions? Thankyou!

hey everyone i have eaten better then what i have beenall week breakfast: cereal with skim milk then three little chocolate dove eggs(i know bad but really tempting) and then two slices of bacon grr lunch: some pretzels with salad and a slice of cheese. and then dinner wasnt to great we had chili con queso so fattening but i stopped when i wasnt hungry i think maybe later ill eat some fruit but other then that im done for today how does that sound i know i need to change a lot of it because there is so much fat in cheese and stuff like if there are any pointers you wish to share im all ears!!!
