im proud and disapointed with myself at the same time. today was one of those days where i used my calorie limit really early in the day... so i decided, whatever, i'll just eat what i want. so i started to pig out on really good big store baught cookies... but im proud of myself because when one was in my mouth, i just said to myself enough was enough.. and i spit it out and started fresh. im not gonna do this to myself anymore!

I am 5'6 and about 163lbs. I used to weigh 184 until about a month and a half ago when I decided that I was sick of myself and wanted to look better. I now drink ONLY water and an occasional glass of milk for my bones! I excercise and try to stay under 30 grams of fat per day.

i didnt do that great today, fat wise, but i think that the calories were okay. tell me....breakfast-light n fit smooth (70 cals) lunch-cracker stacker lunchable (kinda bad, i know) (340 cls) and a banana (like 140?) then for a snack i had some grapes and like a spoonful of crushed peanuts. then for dinner i had fish sticks ({greasy!) but i had 3 and it was like 250 cals. and i had corn. so i think it adds up to like 1200. i ran too. did i do okay?

well i heard some where that in order to BURN FAT u have to keep your heart rate at your target zone which is 220- your age for 20 minutes. well i do cardio for about 20-30 minutes on the eliptical and it is never up there. do i still burn fat? and i think i am burning muscle not fat, what things can i do to prevent that?

some ppl asked what kind of pilates i use and its windsor pilates its really good! and it comes with 3 discs! its really great and u can feel the difference each time u use them! *kp*

I have always been 'bigger' especially in the summer time...i have my own pool but will only go in it when no one is watching...my neighborhood has a country club with a pool where everygirl i no goes in the summer with their bikinis and has fun and looks confident and is flirting right and left! how can i gain self esteem? and how can i stop eating so much and exerize more and loose weight by summer and be able to where a bathing suit? any suggestions...thanx so much...luv yall! xoxo *kp* (5.4, 148lbs)

hey guys im 5 11 and 15 years old i weigh 183 and 2 months ago i weighed 210... well so the weight caculater says that i should be around 175ish thats only a little ways away, but im still in plus sizes (12) and i really wanna go down to about a 7-8 or 9-10 do u think that would be ok... thanks guys

well the biggest thing i want are abs, i try eating healthier and exercise daily but NO ABS and i do ab workouts. any ways i was looking on the internet and it said that u should limit carbs, I LOVE FRUIT and i seen that they have a lot of carbs like an apple has like 22 g of carbs. should i limit fruit?

omg i suck and i am fat i hate this...! I try to go on diets but they never work out i dont know what is wrong with me like i was doing good i was on a diet for almost 2 weeks then I cheated BAD and the on monday I tried to start it again but then today there was a snowday and I ate and ate and ate i dont know what to do! does anybody have any good diets that they know work?

Hey guys! Hope your diet were well today. Mine was I think. Tonight I am not going to the gym so I am doing my advanced pilates! And 8 second abs. That video is so good for your stomach. The next morning my stomach hurts! So yes I reccomend those videos. And the advanced pilates works your thighs and buns really good too!! Cya yall later.
