is it okay to eat over 1200 calories like once a week, because today i ate like 1500 calories because of foods class...it was bad i am trying to estimate how much they were but i never know..

sorry about the last post, my computer wasn't updating the posts on this board. ANYWAYS, I tried to really eat healthy this week, and I only went over my points (weight watchers) once, and the only thing I did differently was exercise less, and I gained a pound! I know I probably would have lost more if I exercised, but I just gave myself a week break and tried to really focus on eating, and i didn't think not exercising would actually make you GAIN weight! What is going on and what can I do to start losing again??

hey... today i did really bad..help me plz! breakfast- 4 mini poppy seed muffins, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and a glass of milk. lunch- 2 diet pepsis, 4 chicken and cheese quesidillas-not whole cuz i kinda mash them up lol..dinner- a lot of water, 1 small grilled chicken, lots of aparagus! and some mashed potatoes...i no i did bad but was having a feeding frenzy!! not to mention the 2 pieces of coffee cake because it is my moms b-day and they EVERYTHING sweet in them! ahh i feel so guilty!! i need to go do my pilates! if you have tips plz share!!! *kp* (5.4, 148.5)

Hey guys, how are you all doing today? I'm doing good! I thought of some healthy snacks to bring to school with your lunch and I wanted to share them with you. Mini carrots and a little bit of salad dressing for dipping. This is a great idea and carrots have VERY little calories. You don't need the dressing if you want, but if you do, use a light one. Another good snack is cheese string. They are only like 40-50 calories for eat one and they have calcium and there tastey! Another good snack is those sugar free jello. Do you know that only one of those cups is about 10 calories? I reccoment not eating just fruit for a meal if your hungry. The natural sugars in it makes you hungrier and craving junk food this time. Okay well I just wanted to share that with you! I also have a question too. Is tunafish okay for a lunch? I use only about a tablespoon of mayo and I eat it on wheatbread! Thankyou.

I have been overweight my entire life. At 5'3 i weigh about 170 lbs and i NEED to loose weight really bad. If anyone knows any diets and excersizes that realy work PLEASE PLEASE tell me. i really need them. Anything will work and ill try just about anything. Thanks to everybody who helps me. <3

this is what i plan on eating for friday lemme kno if its good or not; B-bagel and yogurt (330) L- cheese pizza like 1 or 2 slices D-fish dinner and a couple of fries...ik thats not the BEST things to b eating but im catholic and i cant eat meat on fridays so yah this is the only day this week that i have been bad so is it ok to "slip up" for one day but get back on track the next?? <3

Ive been reading a LOT of negative posts on this site. I think it needs to stop. Y'all fight like you know each other or something. and the whole business about people posting under more than one name, yes its dumb but leave them alone. they're only hurting them selves, ok! And i think its really dumb that some people on this site think that people who arent "over weight" shouldnt be on this site. im not over weight, or fat, but im not as comfortable in my body as i would like to be, i want to lose body fat and gain muscle, and this site has kept me motivated. And, ive had some very good tips for you guys, because I know what its like to struggle w/ weight loss. All im saying is this is public domian ( so it doesnt do anyone any good to yell @ each other anyhow, becuase you cant make them leave the site) and sometimes when I get on here for some motivation, the first post i see...
