Hello everyone! I just want to say that last night I went out dancing and it was spectacular, and I must have burned so many calories! The point is, find a new way to excersize! Go out dancing, join a yoga class, try out for a sports team. Find something that is fun for you to do and enjoy yourself! Excersizing dosn't always have to be a chore!Have a great day!

what is everyones favorite frozen meal (like smart ones, lean cuisean, and so on) I love healthy choice turkey and mashed potatoes. the gravy is really rich tasteing, with only 210 cals for the whole thing. add a salad, a veggie, and a fruit to it and you have a meal. yum. PS> has anyone tried the tropical optima smoothie? i loved the orange pinapple soy drink that slim fast used to make, and i wondered if this compared to it. are the straberry and berry mix ones good to. i tried the peach and didnt like it

guess what?!?! i finally got an excersize ball! i love it! i use it all the time (when i watch tv, when im bored... all the time!) i have been eating alot healthier too. i had the munchies today like crazy, so i got some chocolate covered peanuts, just a small bag.it's better than just plain chocolate or junk food, so, yeah. well i gotta go to bed. tootles!

my name is Nicole and i am in 8th grade. i weigh like 140 lbs. and all of my friends are little toothpicks my boyfriend says im not fat and my friends say im not but i totally know i am! but the sad part is i wanna be skinny but i have no idea what to do. so like alot of kids would, i turned to my parents but they juss say oh honey ur not fat and they wont help me. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IM SO FAT AND NOT LOOSING WEIGHT! i do PE everyday and get an A and everything and then after skool i have Gymnastics practice (yes Varisty thanks!!) and i work hard and am as active as all those other skinny gurls and then after 3 hours i come home and run 2 miles with my sister and on tuesdays i go to CLUB gymnastics and work hard for 5 hours. so i dont know whats wrong with my body! Ive been trying to go on a diet bet its not working! AT school I eat GREAT but after school I cant stop myself and im not even HUNGRY (its not b/c im bored either) I see something and imediatly pick it up and eat it without even thinking...Here I'll show you
Breakfast -Whole wheat bread and a teaspoon of honey with a yogurt
Lunch-salad wheat thins and an orange
after school- TWIX BAR! HOT POCKET, CHOCOLATE PUDDING and a handful(or two) of GARDETTOS
about 32oz. of water
I feel like crap
motivation? Advice

I'm trying to figure out something healthy to eat for dinner. Here's what I've had so far today: Breakfast- 3 slices of homemade challah bread(I know, bad, but it's so good) Lunch- A terriyaki chicken wrap that had lots of veggies, a bottle of apple juice and some milk. Snack- 4 Jelly Beans(again, I know, bad) Any suggestions on what I should have for dinner? Thnx.

OMG LAST NIGTH I PIGGED OUT LIKE CRAZY SO I WANTED TO MAKE UP FOR IT TODAY. DID I DO OKAY? BREAKFAST-GRANOLA BAR (140) LUNCH-SANDWICH (HAM ON TORTILLA) AND GRAPES AND HALF A KIWI. I ALSO HAD SOME CARROTS. FOR A SNACK I HAD A FEW GRAPES. AND FOR DINNER IM HAVING CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI. I HAD TRACK PRACTICE AND I JOGGED A MILE, THEN I DID JOG SLASH WALKED 3/4 MILE, AND WE DID 3 500S, AND SOME SPRINTS. DID I DO OKAY??

i recently just lost 20 pounds! im starting to feel pretty good with my self tho i would like to lose another 20 pounds...just dont give up everyone i had my bad days and i cried and i felt like i wouldnt b able to lose the weight but guess what i did it! this is my letter of motavation from someone who thought they couldnt do it but lost more then she could! good luck everyone! i hope u have the same results that i have and dont give up w/e u do! stay true to urself <3

how do u guys think i did today??? well, breakfast-slim fast optima bar=140 cals lunch-tuna sandwich, juice, slim fast bar=440 Snack-gold fish, few cheese nips=240 Dinner-chicken salad(made at home) with a little bit of italian dressing, tiny bit of mac and cheese(not enough to equal to 100 cals even) asperagus (yuMMY!!!!), 2 tiny onion rings(i know bad)and orange juice= equals to about 600. all together about 1520. i usually eat a little less than that because today was kinda a mixed up day. I am making up for that by doin my kickboxing video and my walk away the ounds videos. thankz guys- good LUCK!!!! ~jenn

Heres advice for you girls who are trying/wanting/whishing to lose weight. STOP worrying about it! When you are ready you will lose the weight. Stop the diets , they DO NOT work , trust me. What works is something you can follow your WHOLE life. A lifestyle change . You have to adjust to a healthy eating habit that doesn't restrain but moderates your cravings. Normal healthy eating. I've been through atleast 10 diets. And i have and have not lost weight but after a while i would gained it all back and sometimes even more. If you really want to lose weight , so you can we healthy and fit you have to learn whats good for you and you have to be willing to give it all you got. You are not young forever , and trust me i wish i was youger. Now that i'm fifteen i have lots of responsibilities. My way of thinking has changed and i am not so worried/Anxious to lose weight. i need some help on what to eat for breakfast and lunch. for lunch i have about 1.5 cups of romain lettuce with a little boneless chicken and 2 T of fat free italian dressing and grapes or an apple or an orange. is that enough or do i need more..
