Hey everyone! yesterday when i woke up i was 148. I treated my self today with a small slice of cheesecake and afterward i stilled weighed the same even with everything else i have had today. i am continuing to lift weights and eat right but if anyone has any tips plz share! *kp* (5.4, 13, 149lbs)

I really wanna lose alot of weight,actually about 15 lbs by this summer,but I really wanna keep it off and continue to lose till I get to 120 lbs. I am 14, weigh 144,5'5".I just started today.We went to the grocery store today and got apples,pretzels,smoked turkey,strawberries and some other healthy stuff.I plan to run at least 4 x a week.Any suggestions or words of encouragement to help.I have read many of these posts and I think you all are doing so awesome,keep up the good work! :)

i don't wanna sound rude. PLZ NO ONE THINK I AM RUDE. thankz! I am sooo mad about people coming on this site that are not even overweight!! Like take kate 4 example, i know she was trying to help us, but how would she know anything about being overweight. She said on her post that she was never overweight or never been close to becoming overweight. SO how would she know what to do??? well, thankz 4 listening. I am 16 years old , 5'8 and I wiegh 195 pounds. I have tried so hard to eat right and exercise, but i have some medical problems to the point where i really can't all the time. What should i try? For example i don't eat breakfast, i never have time. for lunch i eat a salad OR a turkey samdwich with ice tea, then for dinner i have what ever my parents cook. i also have a snack after school, so i don't know if i'm eating too much or what.E-mail me please if you like with some help..Prinssangel89@aol.com

I have a great TIP. On the Denise Austin website, i found how many cals u should eat on a 1500 cal diet. Here it is... Breakfast-300 cals Midmorning snack-100 cals Lunch-400 cals Midafternoon snack-200 cals Dinner-500 cals. I bet u peeps probably know that, but just incase there u go. ~jenna

Hey guys, I think I'm doing well on my diet. My next weigh in is Wednesday morning! Is this a good days worth of food? Because I've not been hungry and I just seems like I'm not really loosing weight. Breakfast is skim milk with honey nut cherios. Lunch is a salad with a nice big orange. For snack I have some of those mini carrots. I'd say about 15-20 of them. For supper, (last night) I had home made turkey soup! I also go to the gym and lift and do the eliptical for about 1 and 1/2 hours. Do you think this is good choices for a diet? I also drink tons of water too. Mabye thats why I'm not hungry. Any advice also?? Thankyou very much!

Hey again. Thankyou to those who responded to be about what I ate yesterday. I took what you said under consideration (Anne, Jenn, Rachael). So today I had cereal once again for Breakfast, Lunch I had a lean Cuisean meal which was about 250 calories. For a snack I had 2 cups of dry cereal. (Honey Nut Cherios). For supper I had Ravioles with sause and a little bit of cheese topping. Tonight I am going to the gym for an hour and a half. I will lift weights and use the eliptical. Is what I ate today good or anything I should change? Thankyou very much!

I just started weight watchers today! I am 184.6 (5'7"). Do you guys think that it would be ok for me to be around 130-135. That is in the healthy weight range, but my mom says that that would be too small, but it isn't. Do you guys have ne suggestions or know anybody who is 5'7" and around 130-145, what size are they? I just wanna know! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

Hey everybody, I have a question. ok... what do u do when u eat a lot for a meal like breakfast and then feel terrible for that? i knew what i was doing, EATING. I had a slim fast muffin bar and a banana. then about 2 hours later i had cheese nips, a nutrigrain bar, then a piece of toast. What do u guys do when u guys mess up like i did??? Well Im about 5'1 and I weight 150 pounds I play sports year round but I can NEVER stick to a diet I always get side tracked! Any advice?

Hey all!
Umm today i did pretty good food wise: Breakfast was a bagel and creamcheese, Lunch was soup and some crackers with cheese, and dinner was cannaloni...as far as exercise i took a break from kickboxing but i did 20 min of strength training, such as situps, pushups, leg lifts etc....! Yeeeuep!
OOO and i measured my waist todya and i lost 2 inches in the last 2 weeks!!!!! :)

well i ususally eat salad for lunch with like chicken in it or whatever but we ran out of salad and my mom isnt going to the store till tomorrow so this is what i made, 1 cup of cubed cantaloup, pear cup, yougart (90) and cereal (60) all mixed together it might sounds gross but it is good, do i need more??? if so please tell me what else i could bring?

HEy today.....B: Apple sauce...L: Bagel with cream cheeseD: not sure, havent had it yet.and tahts all im going to eat today because im not really hungry, and i weigh in tommorow!OH since today was my two week mark wsince i started to be healthy, i measured my waist and i lost two inches off of it!! YESS!!!!As far as exercise goes, today i did 40 minutes of Kickboxing, but nothing else, because yesterday i did only strength training, and i did alot of it, so i figured i should only do my cardio today (i also had pretty bad cramps :( )....Let me know how i did and how i can improve!! My weigh in is tomorrow!!! ahhh!!!m
