HEY everybody!!!!!!!!! I wanna ask you if i did good so far. ok then, breakast: Small bagel with butter(butter: has a lot of vitamins and calcium):about 215 cals Snack: combos snack(cheese pretzels), slushi thing from target(i know bad... A LOT OF SUGAR, i guess it is only once) =300 cals (AHHHHHHHHH!!!) Lunch: chicken with a little piece of pizza : about 350 cals I am going to have dinner later... i think i am going to have: pork with veggies and salad: about 400 cals How do u guys think i did so far??? BYT: i weigh 200lbs, 5'3 (almost 4 in). i wanna get down to 145 by next september. DO u think that is possible???? thankz guys!! ~jenna
