Hey guys! How did I do today? For breakfast I had a small organic bran muffin. For lunch I had some plain chicken strips. (2). For a snack I had some peanutes and sugar free jellow which is only 10 calories so I reccomend that! And for dinner I had a fist size of pork and a cup of baked beans. I played soccer for 1 hour and a half. And went to the gym for 1 hour and a half also. How did I do? Any sugestions? Thankyou!

you need more veggies and fruits and a bit more calories in there...

haha thankyou jenn. ya sugar free jellow is great becuase its only 10 calories. You could eat like 50 of them and only have eating 500 calories. and no sugar!
