I have done so bad the last few days. Friday I did good until I went to youth group and had spagetti and a really buttery piece of toast thingy. Yesturday I had a big taco and a few other bad things. Today I had a doughnut, a few other bad things, peanut butter m&m's, a nutty butty bar and a lean pocket and no fat ice cream w/ 2 percent milk on it to make a shake! I haven't had very much time to workout either! Does anybody have any suggestions for me, I have like 2 weeks til I go to the mall and I want to be able to fit into the clothes that fit me now!!!!! Plz HELP!!!

it's gonna be ok, every1 slips up from time to time. Just forget about it and move on. Keep doign good tho.
