well i have just weighed myself and i now weight 13 stone 12lbs(88.5kg) still loads to go but bout 14 months ago i was in hospital wit a broken knee cap and i weighed 88kg so i kinda happy that i am slowly losing the weight i gained after my injury!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

can u loose 10 lbs in a month? i mean ur al sayin tht it wil take u like 8 weeks but is t poss to loose 2 and a half pounds a week?

Hey guys i no i wrote this b4 but i messed up i said i needed to lose 14lbs not 45 my fault can u read it again heres my story!! I have a question i need to lose about 45 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

hey whats up today i messed up a little and did not stay on my diet. For breakfast i had chocolate donutes and chocolate milk, for lunch i had a cheesburger, fries, chocalate milk and a chocalt muffin. For dinner i had saugage eggs biskets and milk. I went over a whole bunch i cant seem to stay with my diet cause everytime i see food i think i have to have it specialy if it is junk food. Does any body have any advice write back.

Hey, I'm trying to do the Special K drop a jeans size thing (except it's with a cheaper brand which is exactly the same and promises the same thing.) But I don't know what to have as a "balanced meal." I didn't know what to have the last time I tried it, and it's even worse now that I'm a vegetarian because I have no idea what to do! Help please.

hey everyone. I just wanted to say that i have known and been on this site for more than a year. I believe in all of you and i know that all of you can do this and become healthy. I've seen people come and go with great success stories, and it really inspires me. We can all do this together, and that is what makes this site so great, is that we all support eachother with whatever challenges we come across, and then be overcome them. Oh, also, a quick question about water consumption. Im in germany right now and i take my water from the bottle-- hehe, as in, not 8 "glasses" of the stuff, but glass bottles. One bottle has 0,7L (i think thats 70ml, right). So how many of these should i be drinking a day? Oh and the only stuff is called "Spoogel" which is fizzy mineral water, is this ok?
